Amidst the challenges I've been facing lately, I wanted to mark one of the most challenging, yet important and life affirming decisions in my life 🙏

So I'm reflecting on my time as CEO of SEED Eating Disorder Support Services @seedsupportuk and it fills me with immense pride and profound gratitude.

When I stepped into this role during the height of lockdown to help steer and protect the charity through an unprecedented crisis, I knew the road ahead would be daunting. It has been tough, relentless, and at times pushed me to my absolute limits. The lessons I have learned along the way—about leadership, resilience, and community—have been unimaginable.

Above all, knowing that our work has helped save thousands of lives is something that money simply cannot buy. Walking alongside individuals and families through their most vulnerable moments has been the privilege of a lifetime.

While I have made the decision to step back from my role as CEO, my commitment to this cause is unwavering. I will always be a fierce advocate and a voice for those affected by eating disorders, continuing to champion the accessible care, empathy, and support every single person deserves.

Thanks to my amazing girls @Kellyreevesphotography - photography, @jenhawkins_hmua - makeup, and @lisatalbot1 styling for these photos. We've been on quite a journey 🙏

And most importantly, thank you to our incredible team, trustees, volunteers, and supporters who believed in the mission and stood beside me. Mum @margoaten and Dad - your faith in me makes me who I am. I love you.

On to the next chapter—with the same dedication to making a difference.
