2025 was a full value one. It started a little rough but by May I started to find my way :). Old habits were starting to break and new pathways were starting to develop. Discipline lead to freedom as it always does and by the fall I found myself in love. SAY WHAT?! It's been lovely, he is lovely💕.

"Rome wasn't built in a day" was the motto as baby steps continued to lead to massive progress. I finished a movie this fall that had became my life's purpose and that felt really good. I classically took on far more then I could chew and figured it out as I went with the help of some of my best buds! Making a movie is hard, working with friends is tricky - creating art and putting it out into the world is a real hoot though. Getting to do that with your friends is the best part.

Making art reminds me of launching a paraglider or hitting a cliff on skis - it makes my heart flutter and I like that. I started to feel alive again this year too. Cold days in steep terrain with women who inspire me and light me up. That felt so good. Turns out I still love speed riding. That's probably where I felt the most joy this year, there and with @dominicdlentini ❤️ 🌊 just out here learning, growing, appreciating and trying to remember to keep reaching for the light. I am feeling really excited about this next rotation, I've got a good feeling about it 💫 thank you to all who make this life of mine so sweet 🧁Happy New Year Fam 🍾

In february i was lucky enough to venture into the mountains of Romsdalen together with an amazing crew to shoot the coming winters ski gear from @rab.equipment 🫶

Being able to work with such amazing athletes and good people is just a privledge. We had so much fun working with Anders behind the camera and @vertikaleeventyr in charge of safety - and i think it shows in the pictures 🙌 (soon online)

En 4 dagers travers på toppturski sammen med fotograf Anders Vestergaard 📸

Turen Lisen hadde sett seg ut på kartet ender opp med å klokke inn 62 kilometer og 4200 høydemeter. En solid prestasjon med sekker på 30kg 🙌
