“”Shift” refers to moving, changing, or transferring oneself to a different position, perspective, or place.”
While I wasn’t actively seeking a shift, I found many during my time at Annie Parr’s workshop in Cerritos, Mexico, El Campo.

Surrounded by an incredible group of women—each navigating their own transformations—I found myself unexpectedly moved. Dance has always been a source of joy for me, though not necessarily a space of comfort. I came looking for a challenge, an opportunity to step outside my usual environment and connect with new people—and this experience delivered far beyond that intention.

From the movement practice itself to the setting, the food, the warmth of the sun, and the sense of community, every element felt deeply intentional and transformative. What stood out most was the collective experience: women from different walks of life, each carrying their own stories, yet united through the simple, powerful act of moving our bodies. In that shared space, we uncovered layers of beauty—within ourselves and within the group.

I’m deeply grateful to Annie for creating such a thoughtful and expansive experience. It’s one I will carry with me for a long time.

Can I move to Winkie Country? It seems much lovelier there.

I’m feeling so grateful for another set of dates with Fifi and for my wonderful community!

Scenes from one of the most beautiful weddings filled with friends of 2 decades, friends we hadn’t seen in a decade, and new friends for life. I wish I had taken more pictures (especially with my husband wearing my custom mink stole I was quite proud of) but we were too busy eating oysters, drinking champagne, and celebrating love. Beautiful Marin, it was so good for my soul to be back in that area. Thank you for reminding us all you need is love, Marc & @lisettesacks. Honestly, one of the best weekends of my life, we’ll be talking about it forever. 🕊️

It was a weekend to remember celebrating Lisette & Marc Diamond’s marriage out in Northern California!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with & seeing Lisette grow into such an incredible human over the last 3 years. To see everything she’s brought into her life as a result of all her hard work has been beautiful to watch.

To see her journey through my own lens as her coach, seeing her every single week working to get her to the next level, we always focus on the process over the end goal.

This weekend wrapped up all those memories & experiences into one amazing moment, bringing me much joy to see how far she’s come & who she’s found in a partner for the rest of her life.

Congratulations to you two beautiful souls!
