Client Spotlight!
@lissa_dubon started from the very bottom and made it all the way here. She went through extreme weight loss and turned herself into a whole Bodybuilder. The self-confidence that she has shown as well as the determination and grit is just mind blowing to me. Don’t get me wrong this didn’t happen overnight but when you put the work in great things happen. So very proud of her and all the progress that she’s made since I have been coaching her. The first pic is when we started in the last pic is her current physique.

So I have been undercover prepping for show with @hyacine_nassir for some time now. Ultimately I was prepping for figure and my training style had significantly changed. I was all in…. Then i met coach this weekend and we had that heart to heart. I hate ME in figure. He doesn't like me in figure either. Not dissing that category because they are GORGEOUS and perfectly put together. But deep down its not for me. I hate the heels and i miss my bodybuilding poses. Not to mention my figure posing is a fucking atrocity. Women physique is the reason i did this entire journey to begin with. I sat in @helletrevino room with coach checking her in and i was amazed. Her muscle, her poise, her grit, her wins, her fails. I looked right at nassir and said “ I want that” . I pulled the rip cord and prep stopped right then and there. I am right back to what I love. I dont care if im dead last at least ill be doing a division I LOVE and am comfortable in. I struggled so much trying to pick a division. Its set now.. but for now we build. Dont count me out. Im just getting fucking started. #WPD #LFG #wecomingStLouis

Melissa came to me exactly a year ago after losing a bunch of weight. She asked me “ can you make me not skinny fat” . Lol! I replied with a bug yes! She had ups and down but as you can see the work really paid off! Its now a year later and ahe is at the same exact weight from one year ago. Look at that body composition. WPD? maybe....
