Sitting on top of the world 🤍

How on earth Sarah of @little.things.art manages to capture this much detail is beyond us. Especially if a moment as sweet and wonderful as sitting on the shoulders of a loved one and looking out on top of the world.

Printed on beautiful fine Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper.

‘Playa de la Concha, San Sebastián’ by Sarah Fleetwood.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
‘For this particular illustration, it was a feeling of nostalgia that inspired me. A few years ago, I was strolling along Playa de la Concha in San Sebastián and I saw a little girl sitting on her grandpa’s shoulders. It was something about the way she perched there so happily. She was so high up for such a little thing, but clearly felt so relaxed in the safety of her grandpa’s arms. They were both so content in this place and moment. You could sense the bond. Something to be cherished and remembered.’ - Sarah @little.things.art ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
