🎂 We’re celebrating FOUR years of community, connection, healing, growth , wellness, and fellowship with a very special guest, Bryant Terry! @bryantterry ♻️ Please use the RSVP link 🔗 in the page bio ⬅️

💫 Join us for an inspiring evening with the acclaimed multidisciplinary artist, publisher, chef, and author as we celebrate the journey of the Men’s Wellness Fellowship and the power of wellness through culture, food, storytelling, creativity, and community at the @blackpantherpartymuseum 📍

🗓️ This is more than an anniversary, it’s a celebration of the people, partnerships, and purpose that continue to make this work possible. Come celebrate with us as we honor the past, invest in our collective well-being, and build a healthier future together.

As we continue to grow, our vision remains rooted in the belief that wellness is more than a practice, it’s a lifestyle, a collective responsibility, and a foundation for thriving communities. As we navigate the day-to-day journey of self-development, personal growth, and healing, it’s important to surround ourselves with love, encouragement, and people who genuinely support our journey. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and we all need spaces where we feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered to become the best versions of ourselves.

This 4 year celebration marks an exciting new chapter of growth as we move toward the 5th year of the Men’s Wellness Fellowship and celebrate the 1st anniversary of The Well Organization! @thewell_org

We’re proud to officially introduce The Well as our umbrella organization, bringing together and strengthening our growing network of wellness initiatives. Through this vision, we’re expanding our commitment to holistic wellness, community connection, and creating supportive spaces for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Our growing family includes the @menswellnessfellowship , @womenswellnessfellowship , and @youthwellnessfellowship , each serving as a vital part of our mission to cultivate healthier individuals, stronger families, and more connected communities.

Happy Birthday to Pastor Michael McBride 🎉🖤

Some people come once in a lifetime, and Pastor Mike is one of them.

Father. Brother. Pastor. Leader. Executive Director. And so much more.

The titles are only part of it. So much of what he does happens where no one sees it: the late nights, the hard calls, the quiet ways he shows up for people. He’s selfless. He fights every day for our people and for us. His time is committed to the work, and so is his life.

More than anything, it’s his impact on us all. So many of us are standing stronger because he chose to stand with us.

Today we want you to feel the love you’ve given us all year long. We celebrate you, we honor you, and we thank God for you.

Happy Birthday, Pastor Mike. We love you.

Yesterday, the movement for repair in California forced Newsom to pass the Truth in Disclosure Act, a huge step towards reckoning with the harms of the past and making the wealthy pay what they owe and return what they stole from Black communities.

Other governors, wya?

Governor Newsom signed AB 2599, the Truth In Disclosure Act, into law.

California's largest corporations will now have to formally disclose their ties to chattel slavery. This is accountability in action.

Thank you to Assemblymember Issac Bryan @ib2_real and our dedicated and driven coalition members who helped make this a reality.

Reparations are not a distant idea, they are happening NOW!

AB 2599 was just the first step, stay tuned. 👀

📍 Oakland we’re getting together next Tuesday 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm, doors open at 6:00 pm. Pull up, connect, and build with one-another. Looking forward to seeing you all. Open RSVP LinkTree in Bio ✅

🧠 “The Power of Purpose” is designed to create a supportive environment where men can explore the relationship between purpose, individuality, self-love, emotional wellness, and suicide prevention.

We’re looking forward to this experience centered on connection and personal empowerment. This gathering aims to encourage meaningful conversations about mental and emotional health while creating space for reflection and fellowship.

We’re addressing suicide prevention through a community wellness lens.
Rather than approaching wellness solely from a clinical perspective, the workshop is designed to incorporate community, purpose, fellowship, and self-care into conversations surrounding mental health and daily wellness practices.
