My little girl. My whole heart. 🥹💗

There’s just something so special about the love between a daddy and his daughter.

You have no idea just how much you’ve changed my world, little Poppy. The way you look at me, the way you reach for me, the way your little face lights up when you see me. It’s a kind of love I could never put into words.

I hope you always know that no matter how big you grow, how far you go, or how much life changes, you’ll always have your daddy right beside you.

I’ll spend my whole life loving you, protecting you, cheering you on and making sure you know just how special you are.

My little girl, forever and always. 💗

WHAT. AN. EPIC. INSTALL. 🔥🖤

RYDERWEAR - THE LODGE. And WOW, what a space they’ve created! 😮‍💨

Natural light, neon lighting, black-on-black finishes, lush greenery, an enormous functional training turf area, cardio for days, saunas, posing room, Pilates and wellness spaces… seriously, is there anything this gym DOESN’T have?!

But behind every incredible gym fit-out is a whole lot of work that goes into bringing it to life! 💪

GYMFIX AUSTRALIA was proud to take care of the commercial gym equipment installation, and this one certainly came with its logistical challenges!

From coordinating forklifts to lift equipment up through a second-storey window, to the enormous task of unpacking, assembling, positioning, dynabolting, commissioning and removing MOUNTAINS of packaging and rubbish… there was a lot happening behind the scenes!

A massive undertaking, plenty of moving parts and a whole lot of hard work from our crew 💪🏽

But WOW, has it come up a treat! 🔥

There’s nothing quite like seeing a space transform from a worksite into a fully functioning, incredible training facility.

We’re incredibly proud of our team and the work that goes into making these large-scale commercial installations happen.

A huge thank you to the Ryderwear team for trusting Gymfix Australia to bring their vision to life. We absolutely love being part of projects like this, and our collaborations are always EPIC! 🤝🏽🖤

If you haven’t checked out Ryderwear – The Lodge in Salisbury East, you absolutely need to. Opening Soon 👀 This place is NEXT LEVEL!

Okay… I get the hype now 😂🤌🏽

Loving our all-in-one bedding by SNDY CO 🤎

I’ll admit, initially I REFUSED to spend $175 on bedding for the caravan because when you have 3 bunks… that adds up real quick 🫠 So naturally, instead of just buying the right thing the first time, I proceeded to spend probably MORE money trying to make everything else work 😂

Single quilts. Quilt covers. Fluffy throw rugs. Mink blankets. You name it, I tried it.

And they all annoyed the absolute shit out of me 😂

Because caravan mums know… BUNKS ARE A PAIN IN THE ASS TO MAKE. If you know, you know. And when you have 3 of them to do every morning, with blankets hanging over the sides or rolled into one giant ball at the end of the bed… no thanks 🙅🏽‍♀️

So I finally bit the bullet and bought the damn all-in-one bedding.

And WHY DIDN’T I JUST DO THIS FROM THE BEGINNING?! 😂

Buy it right the first time, they say… and apparently sometimes that means spending the money.

They look beautiful, feel beautiful, the colours are gorgeous, they’re so soft AND they’re actually functional. Best of all? Making the kids’ beds in the morning now consists of literally pulling it up and zipping it closed.

DONE 👏🏽

Worth every cent purely for the fact I’m no longer wrestling three caravan bunks before I’ve even had my morning coffee 😂☕️

Now I just need to get Poppy one 🩷

Apparently we just install gyms now… 😂
Just kidding - we’ve been doing that for a while. We’re just doing A LOT of them lately 😮‍💨🔧

The Gymfix install train keeps rolling with another fit-out ticked off, this time at Anytime Fitness Greenacres 💜

Fresh Precor equipment has hit the floor and safe to say… this gym is looking the part 👌🏼🔥

New gear, fresh setup and plenty for the members to get stuck into. Our team has been moving from one install to the next lately - unload, build, install, repeat 💪🏼

No complaints from us though. There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing a truckload of boxes turn into a gym floor looking this good!

Onto the next one… because apparently our install calendar has absolutely no chill 😂🔧

entered the sub 60 club 🤝

didn’t have high expectations going into this run, the original plan was sub 60 but struggled with a sore foot all week and mother nature deciding to join the chat this morning, the goal was just get out there and finish it.
that run felt absolutely terrible but didn’t let my mind go weak and ended with a 58 🥹

last year to this day i was in bed hungover, 6 months ago i did my first ever 10km race in the same time i just ran 12km. there is no better feeling then this, little me would be proud 🤍

📍 DARWIN AIRPORT RESORT | MATRIX INSTALL

Okay… there are definitely worse places to work! 😍🌴

We’ve just wrapped up a huge Matrix installation at Darwin Airport Resort, and what an incredible space this has turned out to be.

The resort has undergone a stunning upgrade - beautiful facilities, an amazing pool and now a gym that is definitely not your average hotel gym. 💪

This project is also a perfect example of just how far Gymfix Australia will travel for our manufacturers and what goes on behind the scenes to make an interstate installation happen.

Flights. Accommodation. Freight. Truck hire. Forklifts. Equipment handling. Installation. Rubbish removal. Logistics. Scheduling.

There are a LOT of moving parts, and every single one requires planning, coordination and precision.

That’s what we specialise in.

No operation is too complex and no location is outside our scope. We have the experience, team and systems to coordinate an installation from equipment arriving on site right through to the final piece being positioned, tested and ready for use.

And we are absolutely stoked with this one. 🙌

So much equipment, beautifully laid out in a functional space that gives Darwin Airport Resort guests a genuinely impressive training facility while they’re away from home.

We hope the guests love it as much as we do!

And as for the location… bloody hell, Darwin was HOT 🥵😂 - but god damn, this resort is stunning.

There are definitely worse places to call the office for the week. 🌴☀️

Another interstate install complete. ✔️
Another incredible space brought to life. ✔️

I honestly don’t think I could be any prouder of you. ❤️

Today you completed your FIRST HALF MARATHON — 21.1KM!! 🏃‍♀️🔥🏅

I’ve watched you work towards this. I’ve seen the early mornings, the training runs, the tired days, the moments where your body hurt but you kept showing up anyway. And somehow, amongst being an incredible mum to our three beautiful kids, running a business, looking after our family and doing a million other things every single day… you still found the determination to do something for you.

And today, you proved to yourself just how strong you really are.

21.1km is a bloody long way 😂 but you did it. Your first ever half marathon — something you’ll always be able to say you achieved. I hope you are as proud of yourself as I am of you, because watching you push yourself, set goals and refuse to give up is honestly inspiring.

Our kids get to grow up watching their mum chase big goals, work hard for them and prove that you can do hard things. There couldn’t be a better example for them. ❤️

Baby I am so unbelievably proud of you. Not just for what you achieved today, but for the woman you are every single day. Your strength, determination and drive amaze me.

I love you more than you’ll ever know. So proud of you, my beautiful wife. Always. ❤️

VARIETY BASH 2026 - DONE! ❤️

What an experience.

I’ve just finished the 2026 Variety Bash, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of such a well-organised event, all while supporting an amazing charity and the incredible work they do for kids and families.

There were plenty of kilometres, laughs, memories and a whole lot of dust, mud and rain along the way 😂 - but nothing compared to reaching that finish line and seeing my wife and kids waiting there for me ❤️

I’ve missed them all so bloody much, and having them there at the finish meant more to me than I can put into words. Seeing those little faces and finally getting to wrap my arms around my family again was hands down the best part of the entire trip.

So grateful for the experience, the people, the cause and the memories made along the way.

Until next time, Variety Bash! 🫶🏼
