Have you ever noticed how little kids have so much joy for so much in life? I have been playing often with my nephew and have had the chance to experience that. Their excitement and curiosity is contagious as they experience the world around them. I find that happens on my mat as well.

What happens when we take the time to play, to explore. Some days we fail, some days we succeed, but it’s all part of the beauty of life. Are we able to take that fun and joy out into the world as we interact with each other or overall in life?

Thank you @hannahbarrettyoga and @_lynnmull for this lovely class on @livekickstudios . Was finally able to get around to having fun with you both 💛

I started going to Fairfield to visit my college roomie years ago. I won’t do any math here. 👵🏻
Now, years later after west coast and east coast urban haunts, I like to visit the sweet roomie’s family and my sweet nephews in FFLD too.

I have 36 hours of reiki healing for #fairfield in October. (Which, according to coscto is already come and gone.)

While I’m my second east coast home of CT, there are small group offerings, private sessions, a little learning workshop—Aka something for everyone! ❤️🫀

Gallup says "Over 300 million people don't have a single friend".
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I could not imagine my life without my male and female friends from all areas of my life. I smile and everyone, as often as I can, just to give extra love to 'strangers.'. I get lots of love back in their eyes.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I don't want anyone on IG to not have a friend.

Got quite the surprise at the end my virtual yoga class today when Angel made a break for it from my husband to come practice with me. Ended up being such a tender few minutes, even with some intermittent nose picking.

One of the many reasons I love virtual yoga. You just come as you are.

Inspired by nature, inspired by love, inspired by learning how to have a harmonious relationship with Mother Earth. It’s a new week and there is a new moon in a few days. Beautiful new beginnings energy alongside the Royal New Moon Leo. Passion, creativity and unexpected happenings and openings are going to be the themes of this new cycle. I share all in my live workshop you can join with @livekickstudios and myself. Btw, wearing the new coral inspired Virgo Kaftan.
