Last week we took over @urbanheatsauna for an evening of Pilates 🧘🏻‍♀️ & plunges 🧊 followed by a Girly Sips and yaps, kindly gifted by @whiteclawuk 🍋‍🟩

We bloody love a sauna event!! The perfect way to unwind and meet like-minded gals after a loooong old day in the office 🥹

Where should we go next?! 👀

It's quite hard to put into words what it means to see our two communities show up for one another and spread such joy and positive energy ✨

When Tara and I first spoke this was just an idea and tbh we weren't sure how it would work given we're literally on opposite sides of the world. BUT it just goes to show that if you believe in something and feel passionate about it, you can create really magic moments 🌊🫶🏼

Like, how unreal is it to connect and meet all these wonderful people?! WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT

@_seagals_ X @girlydips 2026! Who's up for round 2?! 👀 🤸‍♀️😍

COMMUNITY >>>>>> ✨

Seeing a lot of negative talk rn about communities / community! AND LOOK, we get it. It's definitely a bit of a grey area BUT if your intentions are pure and good and you're keen to nurture a community and build something welcoming, safe and special...YOU DO YOU!

I think people can be so quick to judge but we wanna say it louder for the people at the back, the people who are out here doing their best and building really magical spaces for people to connect, feel safe, feel good & try new things 🫶🏼👏🏻

Girlys (and guys) HOW HAS IT BEEN A MONTH?! Since we put on our first ever SEXY SUMMER SOIREE 💦 🦩 ☔️ ✨🤸

Do you know what's funny, we don't think it's rained since lolllll, but hey, the UK weather really did add to the charm 🥹 AND you all still turned up in your hundreds to spread unreal vibes!!! Truly can't thank you all enough 🩵🫶🏼🩵🫶🏼

Given we planned this in a month and had 0 budget...just think what we could do next year with more time and *maybe* a sponsor?! Brands, we're looking at you 👀

How amazing seeing so many social swimmers rock up, form connections and just get stuck in. LOVE TO SEE IT
