There’s something really powerful about getting a group of women in the same room. Each bringing their own strengths, perspectives, and experiences.

This Women’s Collective was a reminder of how much we can learn from one another when we create space to share and truly listen. Research continues to show that supportive networks among women strengthen both individual growth and overall workplace culture.

Grateful for the opportunity to bring people together, lean into each other’s talents, and build a community rooted in support.

(A special thank you @lfgrapenut for being this month's speaker, to @jaida.o.p for the smoothies, a highlight of the day and @lexbooo for coordinating)

No better way to start your day than with Athletic Conditioning 💥

Nothing beats walking into camp with your bestie, hyping each other up, and getting after it together. We don’t just show up… we show UP for each other. 👏🔥

From the warm-up to the last rep, it’s the “you got this!” and “one more!” that hits different. Early mornings are easier when your person is right next to you pushing you to be better. 💪

Athletic Conditioning = sweat, speed, strength… and a whole lot of friendship fuel.

Tag your workout bestie 👯‍♀️
Let’s keep stacking those camps and starting our days the STRONG way 💯

Transformation Tuesday 💖

Meet Nassika ElMechrafi— the definition of strength and resilience. 💪
After surgery, she came back stronger than ever and continues to inspire everyone around her. We’re so proud of you, Nassika! 💙🔥

Below is her Story:

I joined Burn in August of 2024. After seeing my cousin, Gloria look so good and admiring how strong she looked, I wanted the same for me! She encouraged me to try burn, so I stepped way out of my introverted, comfort zone and signed up for the 3 day trial. I went the next day with Gloria and LOVED IT! I haven’t looked back since.

From day one, I received such warm welcomes and encouragement from the BA’s, trainers, management and members. I instantly felt at ease and motivated to get my life and health on track. I went from zero exercising my entire life to going to camp 5 days a week. My life has drastically changed. I really enjoy the workouts with the focus of different muscles every day. I started noticing a change in my body pretty fast. Over time I’ve trimmed down a few sizes, gained muscle and looking forward to getting stronger every day. Burn has been life changing for me! The friendships I’ve made and community here are a huge gift to me. I couldn’t ask for a better team of trainers. They are all part of my transformation as well. Each one of them is an inspiration to me. I’m grateful for their desire to help me grow in my fitness journey.

I’ve had 3 setbacks this year, shortly after joining, I injured my elbow. In January battled with bacterial meningitis, and April, surgery to repair holes above my ear where the bacteria was traveling to my brain.

Today, I am healing well and ready to tackle my fitness again and loving every moment I’m at camp. I am truly thankful for this gym!

Handmade rugs are one of the rarest products of the 19th century on Earth. As nomadic Turkish women, we produced a lot of handmade rugs. Persian rugs and Turkish rugs are a big part of our daily life. Vintage rugs have great importance in our culture. In the past, when every young girl got married, a Turkish or Persian rug was woven and carefully prepared by her family as a gift in her dowry. Turkish rugs are durable and keep your home warm. The vintage rugs, Turkish rugs and Persian rugs that I have made suitable for today’s use have been trimmed and are ready to warm your family and loved ones for many years. Each rug also has a story. The eyes of our elders, who weave some Turkish rugs, can no longer be seen. The ears of our old aunts, who were weaving Persian rugs, were deaf. We grew up on handmade precious rugs. Hand-knotted rugs were our livelihood throughout Anatolia. I am proud and very happy to present vintage rugs, which have an important place in Turkish and Persian culture, to my esteemed customers. You can easily use these rugs in every area of your home. As long as you have rare rugs, you will no longer want to look at machine-made carpets or rugs. We can find rugs that are suitable for your home decor. I can help you choose the most suitable runner rugs and rugs for your hallway. I can choose for you the handmade Turkish rug that will suit your bathroom. I have been weaving Turkish rugs for years and I enjoy helping people. You can check out my shop for Turkish rugs, Vintage rugs, Persian rugs, Oushak rugs, Antique rugs, Bedroom rugs, living room rugs and more. I am sure you will fall in love with Turkish rugs.

Worldwide 3-5 days Maximum delivery is fast and free, I offer cargo service
