What a great night! ✨

Session 2 of 3 is complete — a huge thank you to Tina at @livingforwardwellness for leading another incredible session! 🙌

Tina even created a 40-page sample meal plan focused on bone health, complete with delicious recipes for all our attendees. 🥗

Another big shoutout to Amy at @annapolisfamilymedicine who was amazing in Session 1 — we’re so grateful for both of our expert collaborators!

You won’t want to miss our final session next Wednesday, where we’ll be diving into all things MOVEMENT & EXERCISE. 🏋️‍♀️

Our next collaborative series kicks off at the end of January, and we can’t wait to share the topic soon. Any guesses? 👀

With 20g of protein per serving - this is an easy way to supplement my protein intake on those days when I may be falling short or have a hectic day. If you’re going to supplement, look for a clean protein powder like @truvani . If you’re not sensitive to dairy, they just launched a Whey protein too ❤️💪🏼

With farro and greens and a peach
And other foods not out of reach
Keeps you healthy and fit
Even slender a bit
So you’re ready to saunter the beach

Your transition to spring’s run amuck
Your reflection has left you dumb struck
A mirror’s not your friend
Throw it off the deep end
It’s worth seven years of bad luck

This week we had the distinct pleasure of participating in a discussion with @wellnesshouseofannapolis on the impact that microgreens can have on your diet! The wonderful Tina Hinchman of @livingforwardfitness served as the moderator and helped guide our discussions with their members. We are grateful to provide support to this organization.
