Don’t let the small movements fool you. 🔥

BarreSTRONG is strength, control, balance and a whole lot of burn.

Small movements. Serious work.
And yes… we love a pulse. 😏

Come try it for yourself?

🌟 Seeking Recommendations! 🌟

Hello, beautiful people! We’ve recently moved back to Cape Town and I need your expert advice. I believe in the power of personal referrals, so I’m reaching out to you all for recommendations on the BEST professionals in town.

I’m looking for:
1️⃣ Hair Stylist
2️⃣ Nails
3️⃣ Brows
4️⃣ Aesthetic Medical Professional
5️⃣ Massage/Reflexologist
6️⃣ Swimming Club/Coach
7️⃣ Seamstress
8️⃣ Designer
9️⃣ Photographers
🔟 Makeup Artists

I’d also love suggestions for must-visit restaurants, coffee shops (bonus points for kid-friendly play areas), and other fun activities. My boys, aged 7 and 9, are currently homeschooled and eager to make new friends.

Additionally, recommendations for doctors, orthodontists, dentists, veterinarians, pediatricians, occupational therapists, etc., in the Camps Bay/Bakoven area are welcome.

If you know of any NGOs, companies, schools, or women’s events seeking inspiring speakers, please reach out. I’m passionate about empowering women and young girls.

Thank you for your assistance and support. Let’s tag, share and uplift our community!
