THIS IS 40! 🤣😉

Thanks for all the birthday wishes & love yesterday ❤️🥰. Goodbye 30's, Hello 40's.

How I spent my last week in my 30's:
- Got to 205lbs deadlift 💪
- Got to 415lbs leg press 🦵
- Dancing & Geek-Gee-Gah'ing 🕺
- Swimming & Bus Stop w/ Mickey ❤️
- Cake w/ my Boo & castmates 🎂

My 30's brought me lots of great things... getting married to @seanmlynchlittlejohn 💍, buying our home 🏠, my favorite little guy / my godson Mickey being born ❤️ (as well as a bunch of other awesome rugrats who came into my life 🥰), saving Bob Hope 🐈‍⬛️, moving up to become a 1st AD 🎬, great jobs with great people ranging from GOTHAM to THE SINNER to MANIFEST & more, getting a chance to do theatre again 🎭, finding a community of karaoke'er's to lift eachother up weekly through a pandemic, gaining strength & physical abilities I never had before (thanks @half_full_halfling 💪)... overall, a good decade. 😉

Thankful for the years, my health & the amazing people (& cats 😉) around me... looking forward to whatever my 40's bring. Bring it on! 💪😎

Memorial Day is a day of reflection and remembrance of those who died while serving in the U.S. military.

However, it is also a day to recognize our veterans who served and are still with us today - many of whom come home changed from their lived experiences.

@gallopnyc knows how the power of therapeutic horsemanship can change the lives of our veterans which is why US Military Veterans (and their family members) ride for *FREE*!

Today is the last day of my Instagram fundraiser for the amazing 2023 Central Park Promenade - so if you can please *DONATE NOW*!

Anyone who sees this after today can go to gallopnyc.org/veterans-programs to learn more and support all of GallopNYC’s incredible work!

So overwhelmed by the success of the @gallopnyc Central Park Promenade 2023 today! Had the honor of riding this darling Arabian & Quarter Horse mix named Celine (from Alanna / @urbanequineescapes ) - a long overdue reunion of horse and rider but we both had so much fun together!

Thank you to all who came out, donated, shared and supported!!

My Instagram fundraiser will still be open for a few more days and I’ll post more pictures of the event! But right now I’m just basking in what a wonderful day we had!

Oh the places we’ve gone! And the places we’ll go! Congratulations @shelleynierenberg on being the well deserved honoree for tonight’s @pcdc_nyc performance! So honored to have been able to reunite with so many amazing people I haven’t seen in ages & for all the memories - so thank you for bringing us all together again! From past to present, the love’s what we’ll remember ❤️(and I know I’m missing people so please tag those I’ve missed / can’t find!)
