I remember when I would sleep for 10 hours and wake up feeling exhausted, I never felt rested.
Theoretically, we spend up to one-third of our lives sleeping. Sleep is a basic human need, much like eating and drinking, and is crucial to our overall health and well-being. Lack of sleep is related to many psychological conditions such as depression, anxiety, and psychosis.

I had no idea that blood sugar balance was the critical piece my body was struggling with.
My sleep provides so much more rest now. Cheers to better sleep!

If you want to know more message me. I will send you a video with a great explanation.

It's Monday ...
Do you feel like this beauty this morning 🤣?

Can I say this ..
Cause I'm learning still..

Taking care of yourself mama is NOT SELFISH..
it's needed ..
Do I dare say .. martyr syndrome ?? ( We all play that game 🙃)
In the end it hurts ❤️ the ones you love ..
When you keep saying
I don't have the money 💲
I don't have the time ⏱️

Ok .. a little piece of my history ..
When I saw my mother in law pass away from cancer and mom pass from COPD
I vowed to 😭 myself ..
To do what I can do to treat this vessel
God gave me the best I can!
I want TO BE AROUND FOR my grandkids and be healthy for my kids 💕 and hubby 💕

I can say I have failed many times
And like I said -- learning still 💕
But I can't say enough about how glad I am that I started almost 5 years ago to daily be consistent with plant based supplements that help veer off the nasties ... keeping my body in balanced - just tools to daily help my body heal from the daily stressors 💕-( that is where cancer starts Google it ..keeping the body out of acidic pH mode just one of the tools that helps to support my body ph balance ♎. )
LADIES AND GENTS this last year has showed us there is lots stressors 😣
Almost 46 and
No Medications!
Besides getting sick ..this last month
Really have avoided illness.
No daily aches and pains
Eat what I want .. ( with in reason but no avoiding anything-- ( no allergy or sensitivities)
PMS - is nothing big like it was 5 years ago 😣
Aging finely 😅❤️ like a great bottle of🍷🤣 so my husband says .. 😅

It's a start ..
Join me IN 60 day ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP that will help you to take the steps
To "loving yourself" and we can walk this together 💗💗💗💗
Taking care of ourselves so we are our best for our family👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 🐕🐈 and our communities!!

Dm me for all the deets ( not lying you will pay less then I do this month) so let's get started!
I can tell you this ..
You are worth it ❤️💕

People are so critical of my plant-based, blood-sugar-balancing pink drink containing #chromium, #alphalipoic acid, white mulberry fruit, chlorogenic acid, garcinia cambogia, stevia leaf extract, fiber, and #prebiotics.... let me ask, do you Google each individual ingredient in your Diet Coke or your Red Bull?
Or your McDonald's?
Or your medications?!

I will wait.
*sips pink drink*
