With less than 2 weeks until we connect to plant the seeds of Spring’s intentions, we’re excited to share a recap reel from last year’s Dance of the Bloom – a preview of what to expect for this year’s gathering where we will again by guided by the sonic collaboration between @jase_elkemist and @soulphonious with an expanded and deeper offering. The intentions we planted last Spring have definitely bloomed in expansive and abundant ways in our first year in Melbourne, and we’re thrilled for you to join us and be immersed in a rising wave of electronic music with live instrumentation, intention-setting and community as we celebrate the new cycle of the pagan calendar. 🙌🏼 🪷 Meet Your Dj Lo.tess 🪷 🙌🏼

Stepping into the scene only in recent years, LO.TESS has rapidly carved her own path as a fresh, up and coming Bass Music and Ecstatic Dance DJ with her distinct playful style and intentional way of weaving beauty and bass.

A lover of diversity and continual exploration of genres, her heart lies deepest within the realms of Dubstep, 140, Glitch Hop, Cinematic and Global Bass, and World Fusion flavours.

Making her mark in 2026, LO.TESS will be supporting international pioneer of Global Bass sound CloZee, at her upcoming Melbourne show, alongside her debut performance at this years Dragon Dreaming Festival in (NSW).

Her presence this year has landed her to open for international Bass music artists Ashez, Saturna and Chmura (VIC), alongside opening the first Bass Music stage, The Homestead at this years Rainbow Spirit Festival (VIC) while playing internationally at Mudra (Ubud, Bali)

When it comes to Ecstatic Dance, LO.TESS opens into world grooves, organic elements, upbeat and spicy booty shaking rhythms, curating multi genre journeys that move from stillness, deep wild expression and back down into integration.

SPRINGING into our INSTINCTS
🌿🌼🐅

A little more sun on the skin.
A little more room to move.
A little invitation to follow the pulse
let the body lead our own groove ..

This Friday LO.TESS takes the floor as we step into our spring skin ! Ready to play ;))

Let the body be honest.
Let it be tender, curious, playful, wild.
Follow what feels alive.
There’s nothing here to get right.

Come dance into your own somatic wisdom , move what’s been held, follow what feels good, and let rhythm have its way with you.

FRIDAY 4 SEPTEMBER · 7–9:30PM
Our Lady’s Hall · East Brunswick
$25 / $30 online | $35 @ the door

Holding space for the 5 elements means honouring nature’s power to create, transform, and destroy. As we were reflecting on this during our recent zenthai retreat this weekend , our hearts were deeply breaking for the Kailash pilgrims, Himalayan villagers, and international families facing catastrophic devastation and loss right now.

We stand in prayer with all the local mountain people, travellers, and Sadhguru’s community who are directly impacted by this disaster.
💔 And personally our dear friend @iamemilyboyd (and her darling son) who’s beloved Michael Keats will tragically not be returning home 🕊️ Our love goes to them, and all Mike’s family and community. A huge unfathomable loss 🙏

Life and love are so precious…

In the face of increasing climate tragedies, may our grief move us to action.

Please keep these communities in your hearts and consider donating to verified emergency relief funds, the Red Cross, or local Himalayan rescue efforts.

Where are you taking action? Would love to know in the comments ❤️

Meet the Oshun Family
Briohney ✨

Briohney’s journey with yoga began through dance, discovering movement as a powerful tool to transform anxiety and cultivate a deeper connection to the body.

Falling in love with movement as a healing art, she found a beautiful connection between dance & yoga both creating space to build confidence, body awareness and inner steadiness.

Her classes are nurturing, expansive and fluid, while remaining restorative and grounded. Each practice becomes a moving meditation, inviting you to connect breath with movement, embody each moment and carry that sense of calm beyond the mat and into everyday life.

We are so grateful to have Briohney as part of the Oshun family ✨
