A Georgian Sparklier that was an amazing find @baygrapenapa. Unfiltered from Kakheti region where 70% of all vines and 80% of production lives. There are over 525 indigenous varieties in Georgia. If I had to place the taste, I would have said between Chardonnay and Semillion with some Viognier thrown in. I really appreciated the 11.5% ABV. Love discovering new wines from new places.
