A bit of a change for me…

After recently stepping away from playing sport, I’m putting my experience into something I’ve always enjoyed, helping other people train, get stronger and feel better.

I’m now taking on 1-to-1 personal training clients in Derby, working with all ages and abilities. Whether you’re completely new to training, getting back into it, or just want some extra structure and accountability, I can help.

Personal training built around you and your goals. You show up, I’ll handle the rest.

📍 Spartan Studios, Derby
🔥 Introductory block-booking offers available

If you’re interested, message me for a chat and we can see how I could help.

🏀 U16s — Saturdays 3-4pm
🏀 U12-U14s — Saturdays 4-5pm

📍 Derby University Sports Centre

Bookings are now live via the link in bio.

Limited spaces available in each session.

If you’re unsure which group is best for you, drop me a message and I’ll point you in the right direction.

Rare for this many Elliott’s to be in one spot at once 🏡

Soaking in the best week away before everyone heads their own ways again 🙌
