Pro Doubles Budapest - 3rd Overall / 1st AG 🥇

Can’t complain with a PB. Happy with the result, obviously we came here for maximum points but just didn’t have that extra gear. This was the first race we’ve felt like we’ve really worked well together, split everything as planned and PB’d our burpees and lunges which we’ve been working on. Took the farmers win as well 🙌

Extra points on the board towards the challenger division in London. We’ll keep chipping away. Bring on Birmingham in 2 weeks 🤝

Substandard Hyrox Vlog | 002

Getting pretty close to race day now which means workouts are starting to look and feel a lot more race specific.

Focus is on pacing properly, finding that rhythm and getting used to the feeling coming off a station straight into a run. Also working on technique so it’s dialled in and every movement is as efficient as it can be.

Can’t wait to be back on the race floor, there’s no feeling like it.

Getting closer 🙌
