Today I was indecisive.

500 #burpees unbroken
38:07
13.12 per minute

This was a slow pace. I did it for my haters. I know who you are and so do you. Let’s see the positive support who’s here??? This was not even close to my PR of 14+ per minute for 500.

Remember I do this for the cardio. I post to motivate and inspire others. I’m here to support others and build relationships with like minded people. I compete with nobody but myself. You want to hate or compete you can find that elsewhere because that’s not why I’m here. If this 51 year old guy doing more reps than you faster than you bothers you then work harder. But know that your hate and negativity and lack of support just pushes me more to new levels that I never thought I could reach.

We are here to support each other regardless of anything else. If that is not your goal than what is your goal? Because trying to bring others down will not work on me. It just fuels the fire more.

This today was easy mode. Slow lazy pace. Until the end I went hard the last 50.

Go get yours done. And bring the hate let’s see it. 🤣🤣🤣
