We know training with us is an investment.

Certification programs aren’t cheap, and that’s exactly why we don’t think there should be just one thing that draws you to us. There should be several.

We’re constantly finding new ways to bring resources to our trainees and alumni and make their investment worth every penny.

Most recently, we launched our free YouTube channel, giving you even more access to industry and business insight from our owners.

And we’re always adding new workshops with @corechicagopilates and @pilatesandcoffee

Because we know how essential continued education is to becoming a quality instructor, and how much it matters to have access to it, whether that’s in person or virtually.

All of that comes on top of a 500-hour comprehensive program that bridges classical Pilates with modern movement science, and a mentorship that doesn’t end at certification.

So the next time someone asks you what the most important thing is when choosing a teacher training program…

We hope you think of us, because we’d say you shouldn’t have to choose.

Spring 2027 enrollment is now open. Link in bio to learn more.

It’s true that your studio can only grow as fast as your team does.

Instead of waiting on the right hire, The Lab Pilates Affiliate Program helps you train instructors in your method, your standards, and your culture, with our mentorship behind you.

Because when you invest in your own instructors, they invest in your studio.

What my workouts looked like this week!🕺

I try to get in 3 strength-training sessions + 2 Pilates classes a week. It’s what has been keeping me consistent while still making my routine fun.

Not every week looks the same. Life happens, and that’s okay! 🩵

My ultimate goal with working out is: to feel my best for as long as I can. I want to keep doing the activities I love, move well, feel strong, and go through everyday life without limitations for as long as possible.

For me, fitness isn’t about how I look—it’s about building a body that supports the life I want to live. 🫶🏼

✨ Get to know your esthetician ✨

A little peek behind the scenes so you can get to know the girl behind your glow 🤍

Because your esthetician should feel like more than just the person you see on your appointment days — she’s someone you can laugh with, chat with, and trust with your skin. ✨
