✨ Meet Logan Williams ✨ The “Lo” behind LoV Studios. 🤍 I’m Logan Williams, Co-Founder and Clinical Director of LoV Studios, a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, educator, and lifelong advocate for helping people feel their best, inside and out. My background in healthcare, aesthetics, medical wellness, and beauty has shown me that true wellness isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you move, how you feel mentally, how you care for your body, and the confidence you build along the way. That’s the vision I bring to LoV Studios. We created LoV Studios to be more than a fitness studio. It’s a space where movement meets wellness, where physical strength supports mental well-being, and where every class is designed to help you build a healthier lifestyle, not just a better workout. My passion is blending fitness with the principles I’ve learned in medicine and wellness. Whether it’s Pilates, yoga, strength training, recovery, or body sculpting, I believe every piece plays a role in helping you become stronger, healthier, more confident, and more connected to yourself. As a Nurse Practitioner, I understand that wellness is preventative, holistic, and lifelong. My goal is to create a community where every person feels supported, empowered, and inspired to invest in both their physical and mental health. I had the perfect morning at @thelovstudios 🥰 First of all I walked in to the cutest gifts (thank you!!) and then got to try my first Pilates class with @alwaysvonda 🧘🏽‍♀️ Soon as I thought the fun was over we had refreshments from @hal0sluxekitchen and went to the next room. I got a facial from @sovrynskin and then had to force myself to leave 🤣 I was ready to spend the night!! Thank you @thelovstudios for a much needed reset and wellness day, I can’t wait to come back!!!❤️
