We are celebrating! One Year of Cafe Eleven! Come join us for a 7am beach run with The Garage gym and then a vendor market inside Eleven! We will have Locale pizza truck and Little Andy’s Burgers! We can’t wait to see you and celebrate!

peace y’all 🦋 I had the pleasure of trying out some creations from @lolos_teas ! 🌿

she sent me these in winter and after getting settled into my new space i’ve been incorporating them into my routine :)

let’s start with the heart & soul tea. this blend consists of an abundance of healing herbs & spices like tulsi, rose and cinnamon that all have calming and adaptogenic properties. as I steeped this I imagined myself making a love potion and drinking it felt like warm hug 💗

next we have the night nectar. a passionflower tincture that helps with relaxation. I used this after a couple long days and I really felt it bringing me back down to earth 🧘🏽

lastly, the fire cider! as you can see in the video, this one comes with a kick lol. being plant based, I don’t get sick often but anytime my loved ones felt a cold coming on this helped em a lot! this tonic is full of anti inflammatory and immune boosting properties which help the body heal 🫚

overall I really enjoyed these creations as someone passionate about herbalism, grateful for the gifts 🪷
