Sometimes what you need isn’t another answer. Sometimes you just need to slow down, breathe, and come back into your body. At the Long Beach Convention Center with Cayenne Wellness, I had the opportunity to guide people through movement, mindfulness, and awareness—and afterward, one participant shared something that really stood out: “I’m normally an overthinker. I have anxiety. I don’t often slow down and notice my body. Today I was able to move, feel into my body, and it helped me feel balanced.” That’s the power of creating space to notice what’s happening within you. You don’t always have to think your way through everything. Sometimes… feel your way back to balance. #ItsBalanced #Wellness #Mindfulness #BodyAwareness #MentalWellness SelfAwareness StressRelief MindBodyConnection LongBeach CayenneWellness CoachRob

Kate and her friends and family were ready to party the night away in Long Beach at her pink and sparkly reception! Under the fringe balloon ceiling, we had a serious dance party going down! And with sequin linens and an LED screen, Kate’s party shined just as brightly as she did. Downtown Long Beach is a thriving coastal urban core where historic architecture meets modern high-rise living and waterfront entertainment. Serving as a key Southern California business center, civic hub, and home to the Governor George Deukmejian Courthouse, the district seamlessly connects high-profile commerce with vibrant neighborhood life. Visitors and locals flock to major shopping hubs like The Pike Outlets and Shoreline Village, gather at local markets, and stay at premier waterfront hotels steps from the Aquarium of the Pacific and the iconic Queen Mary. Beyond its bustling streets, Pine Avenue dining, and East Village Arts District, Downtown Long Beach holds a unique piece of speed history as the site of the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach—transforming city streets into one of North America’s longest-running and premier street circuit motor races every spring. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at the Long Beach Marriott – Outstanding Service & Beautiful Property During our Christmas vacation on December 20, 2025, we had the pleasure of staying at the Long Beach Marriott while visiting and familiarizing ourselves with the property. From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm, welcoming, and truly memorable. Art at the Front Desk provided excellent service and assigned us a beautiful room overlooking the pool on the 8th floor — a perfect touch that set the tone for our stay. A special thank-you to Justin, the Front Desk Manager, who handled a room service mix-up with professionalism and care. The wrong food had been delivered, and he immediately resolved the issue with grace and efficiency. This level of superior customer service is what makes travelers feel valued and well taken care of. You can feel the pride and hospitality throughout the property. Team members like Irma, Muhammad, and Adriana embody the Marriott spirit — friendly, dedicated, and passionate about their work. It’s easy to see why guests love staying here and why this hotel has such a strong reputation. The Long Beach Marriott is a lovely, elegant property, and we will absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful stay from start to finish! #LongBeachMarriott #MarriottHotels #ExceptionalService #HotelReview #ChristmasVacation actravelservicesllc
