ANY massage is a good massage when your body is overdue for some attention But if you’re dealing with a specific area that needs a little more focus, a Goode sports massage is your go to! Instead of simply working through the entire body, we can spend more intentional time addressing areas of concerns 👉🏽tightness, 👉🏽limited mobility, 👉🏽overworked muscles, 👉🏽or the demands of your training. Full-body massage = overall relaxation + recovery. Sports massage = targeted attention where your body may need it most! #sportsmassage #recovery #fyp #athlete #training

I finally sat down and took a breath for the first time in four days, and I’m feeling some type of way. . A little over a year ago, I packed up my life, left Michigan, and moved to Virginia to pursue a new opportunity in fitness. Looking back, that year feels like a lifetime. . Over the last 12 months, I: . * Opened a fitness club and built a personal training team from the ground up. * Helped hundreds of people improve their fitness, health, and confidence. * Made lifelong friends. * Worked myself into burnout more than once. * Earned a spot in the top 10% of a 100-club organization as a Personal Training Director. * Had my truck broken into and a pistol stolen. * Earned a Royal Caribbean Cruise of Champions. * Shook hands, kissed babies, blew up a liter bike, went over the handlebars of another, attempted surfing, loved, lost, failed, learned, and won. . As many of you know, I recently made the difficult decision to resign from that company. It wasn’t a decision I made lightly, and there were moments I almost didn’t follow through. . Shortly afterward, I accepted an opportunity with EōS Fitness as a Personal Training Manager, helping open a brand-new location in the Dallas, Texas area. . What happened next was a blur. . In less than two weeks, I resigned, accepted the offer, signed a lease sight unseen, tied up loose ends, and in just 3 fucking days: packed my entire life into a moving truck alongside two motorcycles, drove from Virginia Beach to Dallas, flew back to Virginia, picked up my 4Runner, drove back to Texas, and moved into my apartment. . And somehow… here we are. . The gym is absolutely insane albeit unfinished for a month or so. The area is incredible. I’ve wanted to live in Texas for years, and the move went about as smoothly as I could have hoped. Tomorrow, I officially start in-club and begin building again. . I’m incredibly grateful to every person who has impacted this journey—whether you helped push me forward, challenged me, supported me, doubted me, taught me, or humbled me. The good and the bad have all played a role. . Continued….>> Most importantly, thank You, God. . I’ll probably spend the rest of my life wrestling with Him. But He bu
