📌Gente amable que conocí hoy , y como me lo dijo su dueño ;

this is how you build some serious grip strength and a bigger deadlift!

those lats need to get used to heavier weight and moving it constantly!

My coach already told me I am blessed with some serious grip strength thank God!

so I'm putting it to use and making it move whether it likes it or not.!!

I'm a man on a mission and I will achieve my goal no matter what it cost! #dumbellrows #stronggrip #nattygorilla #massiveback #movesomething

Low back pain? That’s not the root.

Big Chris came in with 2 lumbar disc herniations and left scap pain.

The real issue? Anterior pelvic tilt.

Tight hip flexors (especially the left psoas) were pulling him forward. Glutes and core weren’t doing their job. His low back—especially left side—was taking the load.

That tension travels up the chain into the ribs and shoulder blade.
That “knot” everyone keeps chasing? It’s compensation.

So I didn’t chase pain—I fixed the pattern.

Released the front + left QL and erectors.
Freed up traps and rhomboids (rib/scap mobility improved and several subluxations corrected).
Reactivated glutes and core.

Pressure off the spine. Movement restored.

Recover. Rebuild. Repeat.

This is just the teaser- more videos coming soon.

“At 15, I Was Training Next to Ronnie Coleman… I’ll Never Forget This”

I was just 15 years old training at Metroflex Gym in Arlington… and right next to me were guys like Ronnie Coleman and Johnny Jackson.

Not just legends on stage… but genuinely good people. Humble. Respectful. Real.

That’s what stood out the most.

Me and my boy Chris were just kids in there, learning, watching, and being around the best bodybuilder in the world in a hardcore garage gym.

Different era. Different mindset.
No cameras. No filters. Just work.
This is the kind of environment that builds real bodybuilders 💯
