🌙 Join us for a New Moon Circle to welcome in the first New Moon of the 2026 year. This is the best time to start anew, set intentions for our manifestations, and plant seeds to actualize our dreams with the help of the lunar forces.

This donation-based gathering will begin with anointing plant medicine, then move to practicing pranayama to cleanse, energize, and renew our vibratory frequency, followed by chanting meditations for healing, peace, and heart opening, and ending with a sound bath to anchor in the Light from our practice. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on, a bottle of water to charge during our meditation, a smile, and your New Moon intentions for this lunar cycle. We look forward to uniting in this empowering time as a community and a new sacred space in Dana Point.

Where: The Fairy Garden Bookstore, Dana Point
When: January 18, 2:30pm – 3:30pm
Cost: By Donation
Who: Open To All

Join Sara and Seth, in a calm, welcoming space surrounded by soft light, warm energy and a supportive community designed to help calm the nervous system and plant seeds for the future with a heartfelt sankalpa (intention). Experience deep relaxation with an evening wellness retreat of Gentle Restorative Yoga, Reiki, Intention Setting, Guided Meditation, Sound and Vibrational Healing.

We will begin by sitting within reflection of the year ahead; focusing on self-compassion to create space for navigating your inner wisdom with presence, not pressure. Followed by 30 minutes of a heart opening restorative yoga practice where Sara will provide hands on Reiki and intuitively guided placement of tuning forks. Restorative Yoga is an inward practice designed for deep rest using props (blankets and bolsters provided in studio) to support the body for long held restorative poses activating the parasympathetic nervous system to assist in reducing stress and increasing inner peace.

In a supported and cozy savasana you’ll rest into the integration of your practice with a guided meditation and multi-instrumental sound bath. Coming into a deep rest through the harmonizing frequencies of planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo, native flute, voice, chimes and more. Sound medicine vibrates the material of our being to bring us into cellular balance. Supporting our bodies in circulation, stress release, detoxification, and cellular rejuvenation.

This isn’t just a class - it’s a retreat - an opportunity to rest, receive and connect with your highest self. Looking forward to planting seeds for a positive year ahead with you!

“Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.”

A thoughtfully curated experience of restorative yoga, reiki, meditation and sound healing to reset and recharge the nervous system. Bringing balance and inner peace into the mind, body and soul.

Restorative Yoga is an inward practice designed for deep rest using props (blankets and bolsters provided in studio) to support the body for long held restorative poses activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

While experiencing each long held posture, Sara (yoga teacher and Reiki master) will provide hands on Reiki and use tuning forks intuitively on different chakras to promote deeper relaxation and release.

There will be a moment of reflection into the heart space and intention setting before a guided gratitude meditation, followed by a multi instrument and vocal vibrational sound bath with Sara (@dharmajotiyoga) and Seth (@lopithicus13).

This isn’t just a class — it’s a retreat -- an opportunity to rest, receive, and reconnect with your inner calm before the business of the holiday ahead.

YNG Studios presents a Fall Equinox Community Celebration on the evening of Friday, September 20th. This is a heart-opening, expansive evening of breath work, movement, aromatherapy, live music with “The Conscious Groove”, and vegan snacks with community hang-out time to end the evening.

The Fall Equinox is a time of finding balance between the light and the darkness in our lives. It is one of the four most powerful times of the year for self-healing work, and a marker for the changing of the seasons. In the Fall, we have an opportunity to reap the rewards of the past seasons and harvest the blessings from our actions.

Let’s set our intentions for this next season of shedding the leaves of the past and embodying balance between extremes. Join your beloved community for a soulful celebration of the heart. We look forward to sharing in this sacred time together.
