Season 26 episode 1. "THE LAST SEND"

What was to start a new chapter.
*Open gym is from 6pm to 10pm. At 9:59 @niiadukclerk told everyone to take their last pass. Then he's closing up. *
It's been over a month and a half , possibly two months since I've landed my last dub cork. Kept getting close and close but just couldn't land it. Got some advice from others . All session, I couldn't fully lock in. But then there was the last minute . The last few seconds... The last send. Such a fun night!!

Thanks @paigerheaallison for recording for the last few mins as I started grinding

Extreme case of don’t try this at home…

Having fun with movement is a big reason of why I work on my mobility so much. Is this exercise optimal? Probably not. But I had a ton of fun trying to make it happen. That counts for something right? If you’re having fun, you’re going to continue finding ways to improve in order to keep having fun.

Did you workout today?

You CAN build muscle while training functionally. I repeat you CAN build muscle doing functional training. Btw I know I said right side, it was the left🤦🏼

So here we are doing an exercise that is creating that relationship between hips and shoulders through a rotational phase. Similar to walking we coordinate opposite shoulder to hip, so in theory exercises like these will help you walk better.

Now we all know how much shoulder raises suck and believe me these suck. So try them out and let me know how much growth you see in those shoulders.

Shoot me a dm if you have any questions or concerns.

The bell continues to teach me patience
Each flip, each flow, each movement
I’m learning to slow it down in my head
I see the bell moving in slow motion
It feels as if something is guiding me
Slowly letting go of fear and trusting
Those moments are everything to me
🌊♾️❤️ Keep Flowin

Blindfolded weapons from @lordsetsunia

It’s crazy how much less I trust my feet when I can’t see. Interesting sensation knowing there is a drop off behind you and not wanting to fall. Ce las vies.

Tried to practice some daoshu basics from @ryiuu @weslyyiu
