Eval Day Highlights with @jake.heisler8. He came over from Mobile for his assessment before we kick off remote training. Love eval days as they give us a clear baseline so I can build the best plan. Started with @flexprogrip testing, moved into force plate tests, and finished with his foundational lifts so we could dial in technique and address any specific needs or biases.

Thank you @fitnessimpacttrainingfit and @lorenzof1t for hosting us this week. Was a great night of fellowship with the group as we did Roman’s 9-11. We finish Roman’s next week back at @everydaynutritionpensacola

Collin got after it for our 6 weeks. He was already in a pretty good place bat speed and physically but he only improved. Gaining 5 mph in exit velo and gaining 4 lbs of muscle! Collin is going to be big on the mound and the plate for West Florida this year. We got more gains coming this is only the start for him! Dude is an awesome kid to work with and has a bright future! #baseball #gains

Big 6 weeks for Brady! He has put in the work while being In fall season and it’s showed. The force plate gains are for real and I love seeing the jump bias come closer together shows me he is trusting the acl! 7 mph of bat speed with @blastmotion and 10 mph of exit velo is also absurd results! Watch out for Brady with the patriots this year!!! #gains #bigtime #baseball

Darius put in the work the last 6 weeks and made some insane jumps! The 10 yard split adjustment was wild his warm up on retest day was faster than his previous PR!!! Big time adjustments in the cage as well and showed up when he played on the field! Quote from Darius “I feel much more explosive as an athlete!” Excited to see what the next few months look like as we keep going! @westfloridajagsbaseball is going to get a monster come spring time! #retest #baseball #trendingup
