If I had to do it all over again, I would do it in a heartbeat. These are the last final minutes of being a BODi Partner and it’s still so weird to even think this is happening. This journey & opportunity came to me when I was least expecting it. I had no interest in the business side of BODi (formerly known as Beachbody). I started this journey almost 12 years ago to fit into my already busy schedule, to get healthy without restriction, to feel confident & comfortable in my own skin. I didn’t jump all in at the beginning. I was so damn worried about what others would think and putting myself out there was not something I had any interest in doing. That literally scared the living shit out of me. And not something I felt comfortable putting myself through. But once I stepped into this world, it was like nothing I had ever experienced before in my life. A brand new door opened up and I was ready for everything that came along with it. But it wasn’t the business opportunity that would forever change my life, but more so the community. The impact the of the company that I had surrounded myself with was what made the biggest difference. Getting to connect with the most amazing & incredible ladies from all over that I still get to call my best friends. But no matter what path we have all decided to take in this new chapter, we are all still connected. A special bond that we will always share. This isn’t the end of our journey together but just the beginning of a New one. Continuing to support or another every step of the way. Forever Grateful for this community!!

You guys!!! Do you remember when I went to London/Oxford last year!? The amazing Harvest House Publishers and I spent 4 days being shown around Oxford by the lovely Sally Clarkson! Our mission was to try to get enough beautiful pictures to go along with Sally’s beautiful words. Sally was a gracious host and the most knowledgeable tour guide. She has a passion for Oxford and it shows. And I must admit I fell in love with it as well. The colorful doors, the enchanting garden gates, but of course all the historical architecture stole the show for me. The book is finally out TODAY! I’ll be doing a full review when my box comes in but I can promise it’s incredible. https://www.amazon.com/Well-Lived-Shaping-Legacy-Gratitude/dp/0736985476?crid=21G1HUB5ANHWR&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.8NyYhVsMi2AXLxLTqkWR-w.H8-3gL7cZCm5HcOvV3r_Fn-ZURWrwgACPhdMz3y2pnk&dib_tag=se&keywords=well+lived+shaping+a+legacy+of+gratitude+and+grace&qid=1728411807&sprefix=well+lived%2Caps%2C153&sr=8-1&linkCode=ll1&tag=lorisparkma0d-20&linkId=c8a08ea28a95a3dc3551607b1dca55b2&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
