A little real talk from the girl behind this page. 🤍 We’re getting close to 10K followers, which is honestly wild and something I’m SO grateful for. But I also find myself wondering… how do I get more of you to come hang out with us in real life? 😂 If you watch our events, think they look fun, but haven’t come yet…what’s the hump? What would make it easier to finally come? And PS: SO many women come solo. Truly. You do not need a built-in girl gang to walk through the door. Building this community can be hard, humbling and unpredictable, but seeing women actually connect in real life makes every bit of it worth it. 💕 So tell me, what would get you there? POV: you found the no-mean-girls table. 😂💗 The kind where we hype you up, introduce you to someone new, compliment your outfit, support your business + scoot over so you can sit with us. Basically… The Beauty Boost. 💅✨ Houston girls, there’s always room at this table. 🫶

A few little glimpses from our annual Beauty Boost City Owner Retreat in Charleston 🤍 (there are 30 of us but I didn’t get a full group photo 🥹) Every year I leave this weekend reminded that what we’re building is so much bigger than events. Behind every Beauty Boost city is a woman pouring her heart into creating spaces where other women can walk in alone, meet someone new, try something different, feel encouraged, laugh, connect, and leave feeling a little more like themselves. And I get to do this alongside women from cities all over the country who truly understand the heart behind it. We share ideas, talk through the hard stuff, celebrate the wins, dream bigger, learn from each other…and have a whole lot of fun along the way. 😂 After years of entrepreneurship, this is one of the things I value most: building something that has purpose AND getting to do it in community. I’m incredibly proud of what The Beauty Boost stands for: helping women feel empowered, healthy + beautiful, and even more proud of the women behind each city who bring that mission to life in their own way. Houston, I hope you always feel that heart when you walk into one of our events. Because it’s there. 💗 And Charleston…you were very good to us. ✨

Off to Charleston tomorrow for my FOURTH Beauty Boost internal retreat! ✈️💕🌴 Every year, city owners from across the country come together with our founder to connect, learn, brainstorm, share what’s working, dream bigger and get ready for what’s next. This year, I’ll be gathering with about 30 other city owners, and one of my favorite parts is seeing the mix of familiar faces I’ve known since I started + brand new owners joining us every year. 🥹 It’s pretty amazing to see how much this community and brand continue to grow. And while there is definitely plenty of strategy happening behind the scenes, these retreats are also SO relaxed and fun. Good conversations, good food, exploring Charleston, laughing with women who completely understand the crazy world of running a Beauty Boost city… all while getting inspired for another year ahead. We’re officially gearing up for 2027, and I’m excited to come home with fresh ideas, new energy and probably a VERY full notes app. 😂✨ Charleston, here we come! 💕

What if you could build something that changes lives... starting in your own city? A few years ago, I took a leap of faith and launched The Beauty Boost Houston because I believed women needed more than another networking event. We needed a place to make real friendships, prioritize our health, support local businesses, and feel like we truly belonged. Since then, I’ve watched thousands of women walk through our events. I’ve seen friendships form, businesses grow, confidence return, and women find their people. Now it’s time for more women across the country to experience that same magic. ✨ The Beauty Boost is looking for passionate women to become City Owners in NEW markets across the U.S. And before my Houston ladies panic... 😂🤍 I’m not going anywhere! This opportunity is not available in the Greater Houston area or in any city where The Beauty Boost already exists. If you’re a natural community builder, love bringing women together, and have dreamed of creating something with purpose in your city, I’d love to chat. 👇 Comment CITY below for more information. And if someone instantly came to mind, share this post with her. She just might be the reason an entire community comes to life. 💛 #thebeautyboost #communitybuilder #womenwholead #femalentrepreneur #womensupportingwomen

A little self-care, a lot of connection, and the best community of women. ✨🤍 Last night, we gathered at @riveroaksgalleriamedspa for our Ambassador Spa Night, and it was everything we hoped for—great conversations, new friendships, pampering treatments, and plenty of laughs.🎉 A huge thank you to @dragnesusoro and the entire River Oaks Galleria MedSpa team for hosting us so generously and for being such wonderful partners to The Beauty Boost Houston. ✨ Just had the DREAMIEST facial experience at @theonlyfacialhouston in The Woodlands 🤍✨ From the second I walked in, I was obsessed with the fun pink aesthetic, relaxing vibe, and attention to every little detail. It truly feels like a full self-care experience — not just a facial appointment. I tried their Signature Facial and WOW. My skin felt so smooth, glowy, hydrated, and refreshed afterward. Everything is customized to your skin and includes so many amazing steps like dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, extractions, massage, treatment mask + more ✨ And honestly… the facial massage alone was worth it 😍 I also love that they offer teen facials too! Such a great way to start healthy skincare habits early. If you’re looking for a new skincare + self-care spot in The Woodlands, definitely check them out for their grand opening on June 2nd 🤍 📍The Only Facial 2520 Research Forest Drive, Suite 400 #TheWoodlandsTX #TheOnlyFacial #HoustonSkincare #TheBeautyBoostHouston #houstonselfcare 🎥: @yenn_e_fur

I might be running around behind the scenes at @thebeautyboosthouston events — but I’m 💯IN IT with you. Because not that long ago, I walked into spaces like this as the “new girl” here in a sea of people… just hoping to find my people.☺️ And honestly? That feeling hasn’t fully gone away and I don’t want it to. It’s what keeps me showing up the way I do… creating spaces where you can walk in unsure, but not stay that way for long. I see you. I get it and I remember it. I was just a girl trying to find them. And if that’s you right now… that was me. It still is me. We’re looking for you just as much as you’re looking for us 🤍 #thebeautyboosthouston #houstonwomen #houstontx #houstontxevents #houstoncommunity
