Our fall specials are once in a lifetime offer! We are strategically offering these packages in the fall prior to the holiday season.

Historically, the holidays are a wrecking ball for our nervous system. All of the stressors of being in close quarters with extended family is always difficult for those who are actively working on their mental health.
We are offering an entire treatment package that includes a pre and post map at no additional cost.
Space is limited and offer ends 10/15/26.

The constant spinning in your head. The racing thoughts. Tension in your chest for “seemingly” no reason. This is a nervous system locked in survival mode.

We are now offering 30 minute sessions that guarantee a complete reset combining VNS and guided breathwork.

A Vagal Nerve Stimulator (VNS), is a small handheld device that attaches to the tragus of the left ear. Using gentle electrical impulses the VNS regulates the autonomic nervous system, activating the parasympathetic nervous system for an overall feeling of calmness and relaxation.

Contact us directly in Fort Walton Beach or Pensacola to schedule your session.

Encouragement wires the brain for resilience.
Harsh criticism wires it for shame.
Over time, that voice becomes automatic.
It speaks during failure.
It speaks during risk.
It speaks when no one else is around.

The beautiful truth is this:
Neuroplasticity allows that voice to change.
Even in adulthood.
Neurotherapy allows us to target the area of the brain where our inner critic is embedded. It allows us a chance to retrain it.

Hey mental health colleagues: remember we have a responsibility to our clients and our profession to tend to our own emotional health. How we present ourselves matters. Our clients/patients will never be any heathier than we are

In the world of Neuroscience we call it, “Rumination.” You may use terms like:

• Dwelling
• Obsessing
• Overanalyzing
• Fixation
• Worrying
• Stewing
• Rehashing

We hear these words used by clients who are frustrated with themselves for not being able to “get over it.” Whatever the “it” may be.

Rumination is caused by irregular frequencies in brainwaves. Yes. There is a scientific reason for certain times when we become hyperfixated on an experience.
Neurotherapy is an evidence based treatment for rumination that allows the brain and nervous system to process and integrate the things that currently occupy your head space and keep you awake at night.

27 months ago we took a huge risk by opening our own clinic in Pensacola. It was scary. I stepped out of a profession that lit my soul on fire. I was terrified I’d never love anything the way I loved my previous field until I found this. Fusing the Neuroscience of trauma with the day to day lives of people, I saw eyes light up with hope. The data I review with clients gives them answers, and treatment gives their lives back. It allows people to be active participants in life again. It fuels me every single day.

Pensacola and Gulf Breeze have been so good to us. Since July 2024, I’ve tested the waters so to speak in Fort Walton Beach. Sharing space with other healthcare providers, who have been immensely generous has allowed us to make the decision it’s time to jump again.
@glohausluxuryaesthetics has created a space to call home in Fort Walton Beach. I’m overjoyed with excitement to serve this community.

Please join us this Tuesday, February 17 @ 6:00 PM for the grand opening where we will be present to share all things Breathe Neuro & give away a few really great prizes.

Giving up your phone for just three days can begin rewiring your brain. 🧠⚡️

German researchers asked 25 adults to restrict cellphone use to essentials only for 72 hours. EEG scans as well as psychological tests before and after revealed changes in brain areas responsible for reward and cravings; Dopamine and Serotonin systems.

The study revealed participants experienced withdrawal symptoms, implicating smartphone addiction mechanisms. This is markedly higher in socially driven individuals.

QEEGs allow us to identify the reward and craving centers in the brain and treating with Neurotherapy stabilizes the nervous system allowing the brain’s resources to be used proficiently rather than constantly craving distractions.

DM or call us in Pensacola or Fort Walton Beach to learn more!!

If you are tired of the same old patterns, the same feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed, ruminating over conversations, circumstances, life in general, your nervous system needs a reset. This is not how it always was or has to always be. Reach out to us @trainthebrain_fl for an initial assessment.

We have a few spots left for our opening special in Fort Walton Beach at our new home of @glohausluxuryaesthetics
