July Reflections: A Month of Profound Moments:

July has been filled with profound experiences where life, love, understanding, and holding space have played significant roles.🤍

It reminded me once again that the fragility of life is a precious gift that puts our worries into perspective. The things we stress about often hold little importance compared to the connections we nurture throughout our lives. Ultimately, it is all about love and how much we pour into the lives of those we care about.🤍🕊

In addition to these realizations, July marked the beginning of my @somaticrelease practitioner course. It has taught me the value of truly understanding and holding space for those around me.

Our understanding is shaped by our conditioning, personal stories, and the space others create for us.

I believe in the intimacy of being heard and open to listening and seeing without judgement. This new intimacy brings forth a sense of wonder and allows me to view the world through fresh eyes each day.

Embracing this perspective frees up precious energy from trying to understand everything and opens me up to the magic, fulfilment, and creative energy that the world has to offer.

I invite peace, love, understanding and most of all, compassion into the last 5 months of 2023 💫

I want to share something truly close to my heart: PEACE.

Peace isn't just a fleeting desire; it has become the core of my being and the essence of my existence. I have come to realise that amidst the chaos and noise of the world, finding inner peace is not only essential but also transformative.

Every day, I am committed to nurturing my own peace, delving deep into self-reflection, and embracing mindfulness. I'm learning to let go of negativity, silence the constant chatter, and listen to the gentle whispers of my soul. It is in this stillness that I find solace, clarity, and an unwavering sense of purpose. I understand that protecting and nurturing peace requires effort and intentionality. It means choosing compassion over judgment, understanding over anger, and forgiveness over resentment.

But it doesn't stop there. My quest for peace extends far beyond my own being. I am driven to create a ripple effect, to inspire and empower others to cultivate peace within themselves and their communities.
Because I have seen firsthand the impact a peaceful mind can make on my life. 🤍🕊✨

Growing. Grounding. Loving.🙏🏻

The last three weeks have been non-stop. It's been one of the most emotionally frustrating yet uplifting times of my life, and it opened my eyes in ways I never thought I could. It's made me feel my love for myself - love that I couldn't have expressed, understood, or even realised in the 43 years that I've been alive. I've come to understand that self-love is one of the most important forms of love you can give, and you can't be there for people and show people an understanding of what everyone else is going through until you know what you are going through.

I love without asking, I love without wanting, and I love wholeheartedly. It has been hard to understand why some people do not show me the same love I put into the world. It was hard, but then I realised that if I can show myself the love and care that I show everyone else, then maybe I can make the world a better place for me and people like me - people with so much love in their hearts, but who don't always see the light they put out there.

I am now finally at a place where I can say that I'm not afraid to give love because I'm not expecting it in return. I'm giving it to myself, so whatever love I put into the world, I also give back to myself.
And at the end of the day, giving something without expecting anything in return feels way better. It feels cleaner.

So, for anyone experiencing the same thing, I can only say that it doesn't get better. All you can do is become free from expectations. The minute you become free, your life gets so much better and flows with so much ease.🤍🕊🌿💫🫶🏼

Choosing self-love daily 💫🐚🕊🤍

I believed for a long time that self-love was merely a feeling toward myself.

Now I know better. It is way more than just a feeling.

For me, self-love is a practice. It is a practice of choosing myself, putting myself first when I can, making myself important, and being kind and compassionate with myself. Also, self-love is about choosing people and situations that are good for my soul, feel right, and positively impact me.

Self-love is an ongoing conscious choice. Some days I get it right; other days, I struggle.

I learned when I started to consciously choose myself over others, over damaging situations, and unfulfilling friendships and relationships, things changed dramatically in my life.

The most important thing about self-love, it will give you the courage to get rid of things that don’t serve you and make space for things that will help you grow. 🌱🤍

Over the last month, I have come to realise that my search for freedom was just a search for the wholeness of my own spirit. Now, finally, I am starting to feel like I am the woman I’ve searched for in all those times of pain and despair. She’s always been with me, resilient, curious and moving with the ever-changing currents of a temporary life.

⁣I desire to show people their incredible potential for self-healing and to inspire others to be curious enough to explore their outer and inner world. With faith and inspired action, this is my mission moving forward.
