When I started eating deli food in my 20s, my favorite order was a LEO, lox, eggs and onions. Everyone else would get the whole lox bagel plate with the works: onions, cream cheese, capers, dill, tomatoes. It seemed kind of complicated, How was I supposed to layer? What comes first?
