September 1st. A fresh month. A fresh season. A new beginning. ✨

Sometimes you need to slow down to speed up. 🤍

This summer gave me time to slow down, be with my family, reconnect with myself, and get really clear about what I want to create next.

And now, I’m ready to begin again.

This September, I’m officially back teaching at Power Yoga Canada Mississauga.

🔥🎶 TUESDAY NIGHTS • 8PM
HOT POWER + BEATS
Heat. Music. Sweat. Let’s go.

✨ THURSDAYS • 12PM
THE AFTERNOON RESET
An authentic Power Yoga flow to move, breathe, sweat and reset.

Expect heat. Music. Connection. Hands-on assisting. And a whole lot of heart.

I’m excited to teach.
I’m excited to create.
And most of all, I’m excited to hug you all. 🤍

See you on your mat. 🙏 #beginagain #september1st

Spring 2026 grads ✨

This weekend was about so much more than learning how to teach private or workplace yoga.

It was about confidence.
Leadership.
Connection.
Finding your voice.
Stepping into something bigger.

And watching that unfold in real time never gets old for me.

Already, one graduate has launched their business.
Another has started teaching classes.

This is how it begins.

So proud of every single one of you for saying yes to yourselves, your growth, and this experience 🤍

October registration opens soon.

Welcome to True North Collective

We believe people need spaces where they can show up honestly — spaces rooted in presence, vulnerability, growth, nature, and real human connection.

That’s what we’re here to create.

What kind of spaces do you think your community needs more of right now?

Something shifts on February 17th.

It’s not just a date. It’s a decision.

A decision to release the habits, the patterns, and the ways of thinking that no longer belong to the person you’re becoming.

There comes a moment when you stop waiting.
Stop negotiating with fear.
Stop asking for permission.

And you move.

The Wild Horse doesn’t force.
She doesn’t chase.
She remembers who she is, and she runs.

This experience wasn’t about adding something new.
It was about shedding what was never truly you.

Fearless.
Forward-moving.
Unapologetic.
Alive on purpose.

To everyone who stepped into that room, thank you for your courage. You didn’t just attend. You activated something.

And this is only the beginning.

The next Wild Horse Experience will arrive on the Summer Solstice.
If you feel something stirring already… stay close.
