POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

16 years ago I was working full time for a local authority. I liked my job. It was ‘fine’. But it didn’t excite me. I was so excited to get into the working world after uni…thinking that I could get a job where I could really be challenged, where I would grow and develop myself. I’d be able to make some kind of an impact.

But it wasn’t really like that. I was the person who’d come in early and stay late…always going the extra mile….but soon realising that behaviour wasn’t celebrated…in fact it was almost frowned upon in that environment.

I suppose looking back it was obvious it wasn’t the environment I needed to progress and thrive the way I wanted to. But it was a great learning curve.

When I found arbonne, I realised it was all the things I wanted. I could stay in that job - I didn’t have to give anything up. But this business could be something I could put my heart and energy into. And be directly rewarded for those efforts.

Before even making a penny from my business I remember having this spring in my step. I felt in control again of my future. I was so excited that I could build something that was mine. I was nervous but excited by the fact I was embarking on new things that took me way out of my comfort zone. It felt so good.

So why would you decide to join me in this business? Well, if you’re also someone who’d love a new challenge; to be able to take the control back for your Future; to have an environment to grow within, then maybe this is also right for you. It might not be. I said no to this for over a year thinking it wasn’t for me, and I’m so glad I looked again.

If it is for you, I’ll mentor you to help you build what you want from this. It might be the extra that allows for more choice or it might be that you want a complete career change and more time back.

My DMs are open always, so let’s talk 🗣️

Our words shape our reality and mindset.

When you say “I can’t,” you close the door on possibilities and limit your growth before you even start 🤦🏼‍♀️

But when you ask “How can I?”, you open yourself up to solutions, creativity, and new opportunities.😍

This simple language switch empowers you to move from doubt to curiosity, from stuck to unstoppable.

Try it the next time you face a challenge, pause and ask yourself.......“How can I make this work?”

What’s one situation where you’ll start using “How can I?” instead of “I can’t”?

Let’s shift our mindsets together 💖

How you start your day influences your energy, focus, and mindset - and ultimately shapes your productivity and happiness. 💃🏻

Creating a morning routine that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit can make all the difference in turning overwhelm into calm, and chaos into clarity.

I have a Morning routine based on the book ‘Miracle Morning’ by @hal_elrod and it takes 20-30 mins and makes a huge difference to my day……I feel in control of my day, instead of my day running away from me.

Here are a few simple habits to try:
✔️ Start with gratitude or intention setting
✔️ Meditate or sit in peace and quiet for 10 mins
✔️ Read a chapter or two of a personal growth book
✔️ Plan your top 3 priorities for the day
✔️ Move your body, some gentle stretching, go a walk
✔️ Limit screen time first thing and focus on yourself
✔️Finish by telling yourself, ‘today is going to be a great day’

What’s one small change you can make to your morning routine that will help you show up stronger today? 💞

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is that your inner world shapes your outer reality.

The thoughts you allow to take up space in your mind directly impact how you feel, how you act, and ultimately, the life you create for yourself.

If your inner dialogue is filled with self-doubt, criticism, or negativity, it can be exhausting and defeating. But when you consciously choose thoughts that empower, uplift, and inspire you, everything begins to change 💞

Here’s how you can start making your mind a more positive space:

- Replace self-criticism with self-compassion. Speak to yourself as you would to a loved one
- Focus on gratitude. Each day, reflect on three things you’re thankful for
- Challenge your negative thoughts. Ask yourself if they’re truly helpful or even accurate
- Invest in your personal growth. Feed your mind with books, podcasts, or conversations that encourage you to think bigger. DM me if you would like some recommendations

Your mind is your home—it deserves to feel safe, encouraging, and full of possibility.

Start today by being intentional about the thoughts you let in. You’ll be amazed at how much lighter and more capable you’ll feel 💕

Today I had the pleasure of participating in my local community as a judge for the Voluntary Action team.

It was a real pleasure and honour to be asked to be on the judging panel for the Volunteers Week Action Awards.

There were so many amazing nominations, which made our role very, very challenging. So many incredible people doing great volunteering activity in the community to help others 💗💗

“Volunteers do not necessarily have time; they just have the heart” was on their wall and it really struck a chord with me 🌟

It’s not always easy to carve out time to volunteer, but it is so rewarding 🥰

Perimenopause is just one chapter in the journey of a woman’s life – although at times we do wonder if it will ever end! 🥴

While it may bring its own set of challenges and changes, it’s important to remember that it’s not the entirety of your story. There are many more chapters waiting to be written, filled with new adventures, experiences, and opportunities for growth and a lot of fun. ❤️

Embracing this perspective can empower you to navigate perimenopause with resilience, knowing that it’s just a part of your unique and beautiful journey……and the symptoms you are facing just now, will pass. Yes! 🥰

My perimenopause journey has gone on for years, (sometimes it feels like decades) and I have managed my symptoms over the years – especially my brain fog!! 😶‍🌫️

I’ve been speaking to quite a few people who are post-menopausal and they have said that they wish they could go back in time and tell their perimenopausal self that this is just a chapter of their life and how good they will feel when the perimenopause chapter has closed. 💃🏻

Ladies, let’s link arms and continue to support one another wherever we are in our perimenopause journey – you’ve got this. 💗

Have you ever wanted to do something truly extraordinary? Something that pushes your limits, challenges your fears, and leaves a lasting impact on both yourself and others?

Well, listen up because I’ve got an opportunity that’s as exhilarating as it is rewarding! 💗

Picture this – walking barefoot across a bed of hot coals. Sounds crazy, right? But here’s the thing – it’s not just about defying the laws of physics; it’s about defying your own limitations.💪🏻

A fire walk is a symbolic journey of courage, resilience, and empowerment. It’s about stepping out of your comfort zone and into a realm where anything is possible. 🔥

But here’s where it gets even better – you can do it all for a great cause. By participating in a fire walk for the Rainbow Valley charity, you’re not only challenging yourself, but you’re also making a tangible difference in the lives of others. 🤩

Beyond the adrenaline rush and the thrill of the challenge, a fire walk is a transformative experience. It’s a chance to confront your fears head-on, cultivate a mindset of resilience, and emerge stronger, braver, and more empowered than ever before.
And when you do it alongside a community of like-minded individuals, the sense of camaraderie and shared purpose only amplifies the impact. ♥️

I did it last year and absolutely LOVED IT!!! I loved it so much that I walked over the coals 3 times!!! There was no stopping me 🥰😝

So, are you ready to walk through fire for a cause? Tag a friend who’s up for the challenge, share this post to spread the word, and let’s ignite change together!

Please comment below the word FIRE or DM me for more details 🔥💫

Empowerment starts with taking the pen and writing your own story! 🖊️

I trust the next chapter because I know the author. We are the author of our life ♥️

By setting clear goals and taking decisive action, you become the architect of your destiny. Today, you can seize control of your narrative and write a future filled with purpose and passion.

Don’t leave it to chance, take control, set your goals, take action and embrace the power of self-determination and taking control of your life.

If you would like a copy of the goal setting guide that I use to set my goals and create my plan of activity then message me the word GOAL and I will send you the guide 🥰
