Cool story to share... ~ I came back to our UK campus yesterday after a few weeks of travel. A group of kids burst through the door after school, just like clockwork. ~ The size of our student program has tripled since I've last been here... ~ For the next two hours Physiology First Team Leader Harry led the students through an education in the power of their minds and bodies... ~ 🫁 How does breathing impact stress, anxiety, and mental focus? ~ 🏋🏽‍♀️ How do you build an exercise program to enhance brain and body health? ~ 🧊🔥 How does sauna and cold plunge amplify mental and physical fitness? ~ How do you train to be a powerful, healthy, confident human being ready to take on big goals and rock the world? ~ At one point a little dude ran by me on his way from the sauna, stopped abruptly, and shouted "I LOVE THIS PLACE!" before sprinting off to jump back in the cold plunge😎 ~ When you give kids access to health infrastructure don't pick up their phones for hours... ~ When you surround kids with adults who take accountability for their own physiology they see health as normal... ~ 🌎🧠🔥We are building a movement of exceptionally driven adults to bring out the exceptional drive of every child. Spring Level One Certification Program kicks off May 3rd. DM to RSVP! ~ After the student class ended the adults came in. The cycle of learning about ourselves through experience began all over again... ~ Every kid wants an opportunity to express the power of their physiology.
