Zine making in Lake Garda @hoteledengarda ... daily fix has been missed!! Paper ephemera collected to start creating a holiday zine ...
Just like physical excercise it is so important to keep your mental health in good form whatever that looks like to you...

The daily practice may have been missed... but creativity hasn't.

A gentle reminder that looking after our mental wellbeing is just as important as looking after our physical health.

Gardening is my second love ... it takes time, patience & dedication. I remember the first year I harvested my favourite flowers & nutured them the following year to seedlings ... beautiful structures, amazing patterns, colour & textures #wellbeing #love #gardening #texture #colours

Sit with those feelings even when they don't feel good ... don't #mask them ... Not every piece feels right.
This one didn’t quite land for me... & the #process didn’t record either....Instead of starting again straight away, I continued then sat with the feeling of it for a moment.
That’s part of creativity too ... learning to #pause reflect & begin again. #feeling creativeart
