I’ve celebrated a lot of birthdays with a lot of beautiful people over the years… but this one hit a little different.

There’s something really special about someone choosing to spend part of their day with you. Inviting you into the celebration. Letting you witness another chapter beginning.

I don’t take that lightly.And maybe it’s because this birthday feels like it’s arriving in the middle of so much becoming. Growth. Transition. Evolution. Rebirth. Leveling up.

✨ NEW YORK FASHION WEEK ✨

I started modeling when I was 19 years old, and the modeling and entertainment industry has been part of my life in one way or another for the majority of my adult life.

But somehow, after all these years, there was still one experience I had never had… New York Fashion Week. Until this weekend.

Sometimes the best memories are the ones that come together almost effortlessly. I got to meet up with one of my new friends and Tropic sisters and attend a couple of Fashion Week shows…. sitting VIP thanks to her good friend who produced the shows. I also got to connect with another one of my good friends (and fellow Tropic sister!) who had modeled during Fashion Week.

We networked, met new people, talked Tropic, grabbed dinner, laughed A LOT, celebrated friends, and soaked up the energy of New York City. And what I loved most about the weekend wasn’t just Fashion Week. It was supporting women you care about, meeting new people, building new friendships, and saying YES to new experiences.

Life is meant to be lived. Celebrate your people. Take the trip. Make the connection. Laugh until your cheeks hurt. Support your friends. And keep saying yes to the experiences that make you feel alive.

NYC, you were good to us. And I’d say Tropic officially made her Fashion Week debut. 😉✨
