NEW: Sauna + Cold Plunge + Yoga with Lotus Flower Yoga Collective 🧘 🔥 ❄️

Cycle through our cedar wood Finnish sauna (140-190°F) and ice cold plunge (55°F), then lounge and restore with our friends at Lotus Flower.

1 hour sessions // Book now

Why sauna + cold plunge hits different:
The contrast between heat and cold is where the magic happens. Your body releases endorphins, improves circulation, and recovers in a way that leaves you deeply rested and renewed. The sauna opens you up, the plunge resets you, and the whole cycle moves you into a state of total restoration.

The experience:
- Cedar wood-burning sauna (140-190°F) seats 4-6 people
- Small group cycling together through the experience
- Ice cold plunge (55°F) to reset and invigorate
- Change rooms available
- Yoga wear welcome in the sauna
- Towels provided (bring yours too if you’d like)

How to book:

Schedule online via mindbody links (details on our website event page and Lotus Flower’s booking page)
Or call or email Lotus Flower if you’re not on Mindbody.

DM us or comment “lotus” and we’ll send the booking link.

“Kirtan is for all. There are no experts, no beginners. The practice itself is the teacher, guiding us to ourselves. Kirtan allows us to enter into a mystery world we create a temple inside our hearts, a place of love, a place of just being.” —Jai Uttal

“The words of these chants are called the divine names and they come from a place that’s deeper than our hearts and our thoughts, deeper than the mind. And so as we sing them they turn us towards ourselves, into ourselves. They bring us in, and as we offer ourselves into the experience, the experience changes us. They come from the Hindu tradition, but it’s not about being a Hindu, or believing anything in advance. It’s just about doing it, and experiencing. Nothing to join, you just sit down and sing.” —Krishna Das
