Lighthouse training session
@tbishop064 doing a personal best CNF dive & @louisette.mathieu @freedive.dream @dive_in_apnea_ are doing safety !

Tom -
“I started doing CNF as a fun way to end my training sessions, it quickly transitioned into my favorite discipline to train, hence I started to take my cnf training more seriously. At first my goal was to gain strength through repetitions only dropping the line once I’d achieved 3 dives close to my PB depth, once I felt confident and comfortable enough I decided to drop the line to 40m and within 1:41 min I reached the surface gave the okay sign and ended up reaching 41m my new CNF PB”

Merci Louise @the_tailored_u , ma fille 🥰 #crochet #cadeauxdenoel #ellecrochètejetricote #artisanatfrancais #artisanpotier #artisanceramiste
