Been sitting in my thoughts the past month with how much being able to go to the South of France for a Yoga & Pilates retreat has meant to me🥲

It meant meeting new best friends, changing unhealthy habits, winding down & discovering new hobbies, seeing new places!

I’ll never fully be able to put into words ALL that it did for me, but I’ll be forever grateful for the experience 🫶🏼

one year ago i met @lousdk at an event in paris and we bonded over our love for yoga and pilates.

one year later, we led our first retreat together in the south of france!!! & it definitely won’t be our last!

it’s so rewarding to give people a space to slow down, be taken care of, open up their hearts, face their fears, live in the present moment and just be. to connect deeper with themselves and each other and leave with new friends 💚

i have so much gratitude for these people, this experience and my yoga practice. & it’s just the beginning! follow @ellejay.retreats and join us next time.
