Lousy Ink

We are thrilled to welcome Lousy Ink to the Melbourne Pen & Stationery Show for the first time.

Proudly made in Melbourne by two artists, Lousy Ink turns waste into inspiration—transforming printer-cartridge ink into vibrant recycled art materials and creative tools. Working with Close the Loop and the Cartridges 4 Planet Ark collection program, Lousy Ink gives unwanted ink a second life.

From highly pigmented, non-toxic CMYKIT colour-mixing kits to recycled-ink Lousy Liners and refillable Scribblers, every product is designed for making more thoughtfully. Come and discover a fresh way to make your mark.

You can still refill pens! @lousy.ink rescue ink from printer cartridges and make gorgeous colours you can refill or do fun art with 😎

FIRST DAY DONE: Surf Sculptures smashed it, these artists made some amazing work (and I had a go too).

Absolutely loving using @lousy.ink and stocking it in the shop, I need to reorder soon so come in and have a go yourself before we run out.

TOMORROW is part one of a two part workshop, sculpting your own lamp out of clay. Check out this one and the rest of the workshops on the website.

ADULTS don’t forget lots for you coming up, and we’ve got a few teens booked in to adult workshops too so just send me through a message and as usual age is just a number…! We’ve got a fe mini artists booked in to older classes as well, as long as you can chill with them while they work they are more than welcome to attend :)

REST
After another story, his eyes close.
I put my hand on his head and gently pat.
I wonder what his dreams will be like tonight.

SUPPORT
She needed a bit more today.
She’s helping them.
While I try, we are all exhausted, it’s been a week.
Maybe we’ll have an early night.
