I can see why the Flying Pig Half is a fan favorite—the crowd energy was unmatched and exactly what I needed! 🐷✨ I finished about 2 minutes over my goal, but still walked away with a 5-minute PR (thanks, Strava 🙌🏾).

This was my first race where I ran with real intention—pacing myself, staying focused, and saving energy for the final 5K. I didn’t hit sub-2:15, but I know I had it in me (those two potty breaks say hi 😂).

Considering I ran a half just 8 days before, barely trained, and got 3 hours of sleep before a 1.5-hour drive…I’m incredibly proud. I showed up and did my thing. 💪🏾
