Regular bodywork is wonderful when you just want to melt away physical tension and relax. But if you find that the same tightness, pain, or discomfort keeps returning, your body might be asking for a deeper conversation.

Chronic tension is often a reaction to unresolved stress—a signal that something within your life paradigm is asking to shift.

At Hear Your Soul, we don’t treat your body like a machine that needs fixing. We treat it as a conscious system with its own language.

Our therapists track your nervous system in real time, creating an environment of total trust, safety, and grounded presence. We hold space for you to open up, meet your vulnerability, and finally exhale—giving you relief while empowering you to take ownership of your healing.

And imagine this: you don’t need to be in the room with us to begin. We also offer Online Body Discovery sessions, where we guide you remotely to tune into your body’s subtle language, track nervous system responses, and decode chronic tension from anywhere in the world.

YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE IS YOUR OWN BUILT- IN RITUAL💌

Not just your moon time, but every single phase.

I am in my ovulation phase (day 13 for me) & these are my favorite rituals during this time.

🫖 @animamundiherbals Ovulatory herbal tea blend
🌸 Picking flowers from the garden
🎨 Watercolors outside in the sun
🌀Creating without purpose
🍑Fruits fruits fruits
🧑🏼‍🩰Movement that feels pleasurable

My ritual tea is made from @animamundiherbals new Cycle Synching Herbal Blends for each phase of the cycle❣️
I am always in awe of their quality of products & attention to detail.

After the great success of the first training, I took time to realign. It became clear that the method had started to shape me—and that I was no longer the one shaping it.

What began as a therapeutic practice has evolved into a spiritual journey.

I needed time to refine the message of this method and to get to know the new version of myself who now holds it and shares it with others.

I still find it difficult to fully receive all the beautiful feedback. I always want to say that it isn’t me—that it is the Field we create together.

And it is the Field. It is greater than any one of us, yet it creates the space for each of us to thrive, unlock our deepest wisdom, and awaken our unique gifts.

If you are an empath or a highly sensitive person, if you’ve lived through trauma and found your way to enjoy life with all its pain, if you naturally see beneath the surface, feel called to help others, and are searching for a way to do it that feels true to you—this training is for you.

You will learn practical tools and a transformative methodology, but more importantly, you will discover your own gift. My intention is not to create practitioners who copy me. It is to support you in becoming fully yourself and expressing your own unique way of serving the world.

Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, just a 2-hour drive from Rome, Yoga Farm Italy is a peaceful place where nature, community & slow farm living come together.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Daily yoga classes on a platform surrounded by trees & nature
🍽️ Homemade breakfasts
🍝 Activities include horseback riding, traditional pasta-making workshops, sound healing, massages, Reiki sessions, walking meditation, waterfall
🌿 Time on the farm to rest, read, journal, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy life with the community
🍷 Community dinners filled with like-minded people and story sharings

Behind those experiences are inspiring people who make this place truly special: the yoga teachers, the family, the volunteers, cookers, and our precious hosts who become like family.

If you’re dreaming of an authentic Italian yoga retreat filled with nature, wellness, and community, this might be exactly what you’re looking for.

To become a mother is to be unconditional love.

Thank you to our mothers who have held us with such tender embraces.
Thank you to our mothers who have given their lives to lift us up & who give us wings to fly.
