i don’t know if i’m going to offer my rite of passage in costa rica quite like this again.

so much is shifting.
i’m releasing my retreat center and it’s up for sale. I want to focus on my ceremonialist path, my music, my ritual performance and listen to my womb.

our world is being run by uninitiated leaders, and i believe rites of passage are essential, now more than ever.

there’s so much unintegrated grief and rage in the collective right now.
so much that’s been silenced,
living in the body,
blocking us from being a clear signal to our dharma.

this november, a small circle of women will gather in the jungle of costa rica. some who i thought were coming can’t, which means there are spaces open that weren’t before.

i know saying yes to a pilgrimage like that is a big decision. so i created the temple of the priestess, a nine-day online threshold, starting next friday, october 9th…. To tune your Temple Body and become a clear signal for your dharma.

🌹 rites of passage are so lacking in our western culture.

we move through initiation after initiation, loss, birth, transformation, and so often no one is there to hold us through it. and when a threshold isn't honored, we get stuck. we get misled. we carry things in our bodies that never get expressed, never get grieved, never get made into art.

embodied feminine leadership isn't the performance of it, the pictures, the language, the aesthetic. it's being willing to grieve. to let a version of yourself ritually die. to sit in the fertile soil before anything new can grow.

that's what i'm diving into tomorrow with my sister @roxanneruby inside inheritance collective, 2-3pm pacific.

but wherever you are right now, this is true for you too: whatever threshold you're standing at doesn't need to be crossed alone, and it doesn't need to look pretty to be sacred.

Today was exceptionally affirming for me. I made a vow to listen to the Divine and follow the signs of that lead me through open doors that murmur Yes. It takes courage and faith and non-attachment to preconceived notions. Just follow the yellow brick road.

I keep finding myself stopping to watch bees doing things I would have completely missed a few years ago. And I think that is one of the biggest changes beekeeping has made to the way I see the world.

Once you start paying attention, you notice so much more. Not just what bees are doing, but what is happening between bees, flowers, other insects, plants and the places they live.

That is what I want to explore in my upcoming talk with @inheritancecollective
