Wow, I just returned from the most incredible weekend. TO REMEMBER...a gorgeous yoga retreat hosted by @gracebowering & @loving_evolution.

I've wanted to do a retreat for years but needed to find the right space and people to hold that space.
This last year has been tough for me, balancing grief, life and work has left me struggling at times. We're constantly stimulated in life aren't we? "Searching"through socials, always on. Wanting to pause but never truly allowing ourselves to do so.

This weekend i did exactly that. Took socials off my phone. Put my phone away. Rested, breathed- really breathed. Connected with a magnificent group of women which was an incredible privelidge. We ate the most delicious food, shared our stories, emotions and vulnerabilities. We laughed alot. I Moved gently, tuned into myself like I never have before. Came back to myself with peace and strength, realised I really like her, I love her infact.

I felt energy shift, realised it and cried in a beautiful way. I feel different. Calm, whole 💗

I set intentions to be more present. Have space without my phone, less noise. Not feeling like I need to search or compare. I have everything I need already and my body & mind deserve to feel that.

If you resonate with this, if your body & mind need that space & trust me it does- give this to yourself. This weekend was the greatest gift I have ever given to myself and I'm ready to keep nurturing. I deserve it, so do you xx

I won't be stepping away from socials but I will be doing it more intentionally, less scrolling and definately more time away from the noise 🌱

On sunday we hosted our first Yoga & Brunch morning 🌷

The morning was so beautiful filled with yoga, laughter, new friends, table full of colour and so much food.

It was really everything we wanted and more. Thank you everyone who managed to attend, we are so fullfilled and feel so lucky to be able to host these events.

A bigger thank you to the @natural.wellnesscentre and @littlebrickhouserestaurant for allowing us to take over your space.

& to @aurevaritual for providing the most delicious tea

Big thanks to everyone who came to practice and eat with us this morning at Yoga & Brunch.

Thank you @alatilou_ & @zena.kay for such wonderful food, presentation, passion & laughs.

Grateful as always to my yoga club lovely @loving_evolution, this has made me very excited for our retreat which is in less than 2 weeks time (we have 2spots left).

Join us for our first Yoga & Brunch on July 5th, from 9 AM to 1 PM!

This four-hour event will be the perfect way to start your Sunday. It includes a 90-minute calming yoga session and yoga philosophy practice at Ther Natural Wellness Centre (located in the basement of Soul Chai), followed by a delicious brunch next door at Little Brickhouse.

* Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements by emailing zenaokay@gmail.com.
* All our meals will be vegetarian, and some will be vegan.
* We can accommodate gluten-free requests; however, please note that we cannot cater to celiac needs.

Introducing Izzy Holder, the founder of Loving Evolution, whose transformative practices are rooted in advanced therapeutic training and profound lived experience.

After navigating an eating disorder, depression, and multiple emergency brain surgeries for a tumour, Izzy redirected her path from fashion photography toward holistic health and healing.

Now, as an Advanced Yoga Therapist specialising in trauma-informed somatics and nervous system regulation, she creates compassionate, safe spaces designed to help individuals move through stress, fatigue, and burnout.

Her upcoming summer retreat, To Remember (hosted alongside @yogagracebowering ) is being held at @the.croft.farm.escape - a family-run sanctuary nestled in the Hertfordshire countryside. The retreat focuses on remembering our connection to our bodies, nature, spirit, and each other.

On retreat, Izzy offers a tender sanctuary to disconnect from modern noise and to-do lists, allowing yourself to be fully held through the medicine of embodied yoga, somatic practices and sound healing.

The days also offer ample time to be in nature, complemented by a creative, plant-based Ayurvedic menu freshly prepared by chef Abby using seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the farm.
