@lovnaturally My name is Kim-I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional or in short QMHP. I got into this field when the behaviors of African American youth got them into trouble because they didn’t have anyone to talk to that understood their struggles. As a result, they ended up in my office because of the likeness of our melanin. I have not looked back since. Mental health is important for everyone not just youth or African Americans. I want to dispel the myth that seeking mental health is taboo.💛
