That BiG Road (All These Years) / feeling good about playing music. “Music is holy” I saw in a caption recently — yes I agree. Music as the vehicle to get around, see this place, meet new friends, try new things, eat Cook Out, drink coffee, stop in the small town, STAY in the small town, get a bad haircut. Mountains! Rolling valley farms. A little book store. America as a highway, still beautiful if you let it. Great to see Joe again. A new baby in Ohio….

Thanks all & many for a fine two weeks: my travel companion tater tot TM Em Rand; all you kind songwriters n bands n promoters n road dawg friends (new/old); anybody for coming down; the sweet man who scooped us boiled peanuts (p-nuts*) leaving Georgia.

Last single Wednesday (a bop 💅), GRACE N SORROW Friday (the new album!), duo shows July 10 (Garden Theatre in Frankfort w/ Mason Via) + July 11 (Gary’s House in Grand Rapids w/ Morverm Hum), small band shows July 30 (Roots on the River Manistee) + Aug 2 (Glendale Hamburger Concert w/ Metal Bubble Trio). BIG full band tour in the fall (more later).

Appreciate u … everyone
