August ~ Member of the Month ❤️

I’m absolutely delighted to have been chosen as Member of the Month. It honestly means more to me than people may realise.

The last eleven months have been an incredibly challenging journey. After undergoing surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, returning to the gym has become an important part of rebuilding my strength, confidence and fitness. I genuinely couldn’t wait to get back!

Lifestyle has given me a place to focus on myself, set goals and remind myself just how far I’ve come. I’m determined to become stronger and fitter than ever, especially with the help and encouragement of Eloise during my PT sessions.

Lifestyle is my gym of choice because it’s such a welcoming, supportive and positive place. It doesn’t matter who you are or what level of fitness you’re at, everyone is welcome. A special thank you to all the staff, whose encouragement, kindness and friendly faces really do make such a difference.

Going through illness has given me a completely different perspective on life. It has made me realise just how much we’re capable of when we put our minds to something. Whatever life throws at you, you really can overcome more than you ever thought possible.

Here’s to getting stronger and feeling healthier. There really is nowhere else I’d rather be doing it!

It’s so good to be back! ❤️💪

Proud moment for the Lifestyle Fitness community 💚

Together, we moved for MIND and raised a total of £1,030

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved, whether you donated, joined a charity class, brought a friend along, shared the campaign, or helped organise events in club... Every bit of support made a real difference.

At Lifestyle Fitness, we’re more than just a gym. We’ll continue doing what we do best, creating welcoming, supportive communities that help people across the UK look after their physical and mental wellbeing, one session at a time.

This May, we’re bringing the Lifestyle Fitness community together to Move for Mental Health.

At Lifestyle Fitness, we’re more than just a gym. We’re proud to be a supportive community that shows up for each other. We see every day how moving together can lift mood, reduce stress, and make a real difference to how people feel.

That’s why this month, we’re raising awareness and funds for MIND, helping support people across the UK with the advice and services they need to prioritise their mental wellbeing.

From 29-31 May, all Lifestyle Fitness clubs will host a charity class during our Open Weekend, bringing members and local communities together to get active and support a great cause.

Every class, every rep, and every donation helps make a difference.

Join us, donate, or share and be part of it.

Let’s all Move for Mental Health.

Follow the link in our bio to donate today.

2025 at Lifestyle Fitness 💙

From everyday training to standout moments, this year was about showing up... for ourselves and for each other.

Across our clubs, we moved more, trained smarter, celebrated together and continued to build spaces where fitness fits real life.

Classes, community events, campaigns, refurbished clubs and the people who make it all happen

... this is what makes Lifestyle Fitness what it is.

Thank you to every member, coach and team who made 2025 what it was.

Here’s to continuing the journey.

Fitness. It’s a lifestyle thing. 🌱
