A little recap from the first-ever Orange County Notion Meetup 👀 hosted by @skybluejenny

We spent the evening talking about the future of creative work, where technology is taking us, and what it means to build + create in a rapidly changing world.

Big thank you to our speakers, everyone who came out, and the Notion community for making the night happen.
Loved seeing so many creative people in one room. Let’s do it again soon. 🤝

A wrap gift for the @aura.obj @idl.global lighting and video effects team!

Each city of the season is represented in the letterforms, except LA which is where the final series and championship this weekend will be taking place (and where I’ll FINALLY get to watch live)

Grateful for @lucaschen.studio for the project and some art direction, as I felt free to do my best work.

Process on this coming next!

Sydney dump with @idl.global !! Taking over directing camera for performances during our live show was a great opportunity and can’t wait to continue leveling up with our broadcast. 🎥📺🎬

The audience remembers the show.

But before the show, it’s a quiet arena. Empty seats. Late nights. Those are the moments I remember.

Shows come and go. The people who build them are what stay with you.

Grateful for the team beside me on this one.

Tomorrow, we present you IDL Sydney.

Six months of work. One night that made it all worth it. Incredibly proud of what the team built for the @idl.global NYC launch at the Hammerstein Ballroom — broadcast, creative, production, all firing together. Worked a run through Central Park to soak it all in. First event done. Learnings locked. Only up from here. 🙏 Next stop Vancouver — but first, @goldhouseco Gold Gala May 9th. ✨

Barkada Sessions no.4 ✨🎶🖼️

There’s something about being in these music spaces that feels comforting — like I can breathe and exist as I am.

Thank you for making it a little easier, for holding that kind of space, and for helping quiet the fear that sometimes comes with being fully seen.

See you at the next session 🫶🏽

With love,
Joystix
